M	Miranda Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How they spell “specialists” on their sign should indicate the level of hygiene, safety and professionalism employed at this dental practice! Receptionists ignore you, the office is dirty and all the equipment is archaic, and not to mention the Porsches that take priority in the parking spots when you have a sedated child you need to carry on icy sidewalks to your car parked down the street. Zero stars if I could. Very bad experience — fix your sign!! You look like idiots!
K	Kevin Fisher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hes getting a malpractice lawsuit against him and hes getting sued bcuz of this.Never ever go there if your an adult or a kid, he has no compassion for ppl that have had multiple surgerys and tells you your lieing about your own health prblms and dentist work that youve had done in the past, and doesnt let you talk and doesnt listen to you, and also accuses you of doing hard drugs just bcuz of the way your teeth look, when youve never done hard drugs in your entire life. and is so rough and just pushes your head to the side he wants, without telling you to turn that way first, i told him tell me the way to turn and ill just do it, and also forces your mouth open and shut even when you tell him while hes doing it that its too rough and you cant open that far bcuz youve just had nose and major brain surgery for trigeminal neuralgia recently. and he pushed his arm into my ear on the brain surgery side and his hand into my nose where the nose surgery was forcing my head to where ever he wanted. i will never go there again!

Thank you Dr. McIssac and staff for always taking good care of my teeth.
L	Lindsay Della Maestra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr McIssac have been amazing with my son who suffers terrible anxiety about going to the dentist. I used to have to get him sleep dentistry but Dr McIssac and his staff put him at ease at each appointment. Highly recommend.

My daughter has a mesiodens (extra tooth) so she was referred to him by our family dentist who said it needed to be extracted to avoid complications. He took an xray and told us "no it's fine not an extra tooth just leave it". I then went to another pediatric dentist because I didnt feel he was correct, and sure enough, it was an extra tooth that needed to be pulled. Leaving in a supernumerary tooth can cause SERIOUS complications, and the fact that he said it was a non issue is pretty worrying to say the least. Dont take your kids here, this guy is either not cut out to be a dentist, or just lazy. Either way, he shouldn't be in this occupation. The only reason I gave 2 stars is for the receptionist and dental assistant who were helpful and kind.

I will never forget when he tried different sized crowns on my tooth and kept trying to shove them into my gums even though they obviously didnt fit. I also remember crying and instead of being compassionate, he threatened to kick my mom out of the room if I didn't stop crying. I remember another little boy crying as he was leaving his appt Dr. Macisaac said, 9 more to go!! Because of this man I had severe anxiety when it came to future dentists, so badly that I had to go to a sleep dentist until I was 20! Please do not take your children here.

My family is also not well off so we couldn't afford most dentists without healthy smiles. We were sent all over and then we got sent here and it was done in 2 appointments. I had one cavity that was so bad it was likely I'd need a root canal, and Dr. Sabrina did it in one shot with just filling. I'm so grateful for these guys! If you have kids who are terrified this is defenitely the right place to go. They know what they're doing. Great place.

He showed her the needle and that scared her and she started to cry. It was going on lunch so he didn't wait for the freezing to take. " I haven't had my lunch yet" was his response. I watched the whole procedure. He put a clamp in her mouth so that she couldn't close it. While she was crying, she started to choke because she couldn't close her mouth. He started to poke her in the chest and tell her, " you had better not bite me". " Stop crying and this will be over much quicker". He then looked at his assistant and said, " I think we going to have to get the restraints for this one." I told him he had better just finish up and his told me, " these fillings will have to be redone, I can't work on her." When we leaving the office, the receptionist said I was to schedule another appointment for the fillings. I told her I won't even pay for this visit, I am certainly NOT coming back here. I would NEVER send a child to him and I am frankly Shocked he is still practicing
