★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for a cleaning and Kendra was/is fantastic; no shredding or poking of gums or coming out with my lips feeling all stretched out of shape! Rose in reception was also great - open and super friendly. Most relaxing awesome service, despite covid requirements, I've ever had. None of that weird awkwardness that masks and social-distancing has created! I highly recommend Kendra as a dental hygienist! She's also a super nice person!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very impressed with the level of compassion, care and concern exhibited by the Altima Hess Village Dental Centre. My dentist there is Dr. Tuli, and he has impressed me with his professional manner, knowledge and dental skills. The receptionists and my dental hygienist are also very professional, knowledgeable and capable. Without any reservations, I would recommend the Altima Hess Village Dental Centre to anyone who is looking for great dental care and services. I also receive a much-appreciated senior discount for dental care there, as I am over 65.

I've convinced family members and friends to try coming here for their dental services and they've all been blown away at how great the service has been.
I cannot preach enough how great this place is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, someone neglected to check phone messages left on voice-mail during office hours, resulting in an infection being left untreated for days. I had to call twice the next day (3.5hrs apart) before my dentist was informed and antibiotics were ordered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The dentist there is soft spoken, easy going and knows what he is doing. He let's me into the room while he is working on my friend's teeth. That is a zero judgment dental practice that he runs. His staff are just as friendly and professional as he is. I highly recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are definitely meh. Staff is friendly and hygienist are wonderful, I think I've met the dentist once in the appx 4 years going there.
My partner needed a cap done on a tooth and instead of just putting another cap they drilled and filled the tooth instead which meant it was the full price of a cavity and really if the prevention for a cavity is the same as if you got a cavity what's the point?
Even though both my partner and I plans state they can billed directly all Altima Dental will do is submit the paperwork for you and then you end up paying the whole fee yourself. Last time I was even given a print out explaining what my benefits would cover but even still I had to pay outright and wait for the money to come back.
Last two times I've booked an appointment I've been called to reschedule because they don't have the staff for the original day that I booked. Although it might be because I only book Saturdays.
We are looking to switch dentists mostly due to insurance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Responsive and professional. No gimmicks, floss shaming or any of the upselling that causes people stress at the dentist. They also seem to have all the latest technology and processes. I highly recommend the team here. Truly the best dentist I've ever had.
