★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went in for my first time for a lot of blood work was greeted super friendly by receptionist then had blood work done which i was super nervous but the lady did a amazing job and meet manager briefly and she’s also super friendly must say i will be back best walk in clinic i’ve seen in years

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ve been here 2 times. First time on a friday, when a great senior doctor gave me assistance. He was awesome and very fist time a doctor listened to me. Second time today. Younger energetic doc. Very explicative and knowledgeable and he examined me and took his time to run the tests.nurse did my blood and urine on the spot she was amazingly careful. Very professionals. I wish I can make them my family doctors!. Thanks so much. Dont ever change! We need in hamilton places like this I dont care if I have to wait 3 hs. If this is the attention I'm giving them all my time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have an 18 month old daughter who needed her vaccines today and made an appointment last week for her to come to this clinic. We got there this morning and no was there, the Pharmacist said they weren't open. If we have an appointment and you are closed on a Saturday then you should call people the day before, who have an appointment, to say that it's cancelled. I am upset because this was the first time going to this clinic on a Saturday and I will never go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good walk in clinic... fast friendly and top notch care ... my regular family doctor could not see me immediately so I went to MCI... glad I did ... Dr Bullock found an issue. Dr Bullock is competent thorough and caring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my dad here today and we were very impressed with the care and attention that he received. We were lucky to come at a time where we were able to be seen right away. We cannot say enough about Dr. Benjamin Reitzel & Giselle. Their explanations were thorough & we never felt rushed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first time visiting this Walk-in Clinic on last Saturday. The Receptionist was very professional, friendly and warm-hearted on the job in serving patients. Workflow was smooth and well organized. Doctors are knowledgeable and professional in answering questions, addressing issues and providing referral, as needed, in a timely fashion. Overall my experience was awesome and thank you ALL STAFF in MCI Walk-in Clinic for their excellent job and dedicated services to Hamiltonians, especially in such a pandemic hard time.
