M	May Shi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today, I went to see the doctor. The doctor was nice and friendly. However, the lady at the front desk looked very serious and unhappy. When she checked my temperature, she did not talk and had a stern look. It would be nice next time if she would smile and talked before doing something. Edit: I went to the Walk-In Clinic yesterday. Outside the door it said that you had to make an appointment. I came home and made an appointment online. I thought the appointment was for an in-person visit. I went to the clinic today and the staff used a hand gesture to mock me that the appointment was on the phone. I never received a phone call for the appointment. The staff was disrespectful and thought I couldn’t speak English. Please stop judging people and treat everyone equally. I hope to never have such horrible experiences at this clinic again.

Their hours are inaccurate, they don't clarify it's only cash which makes no sense that they can't accept other forms of payments and they will hassle you if you need proof of receipt/documentation of any tests you do. Please go somewhere else that's respectable and an actual clinic not these scammers.
A	Ab on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place says it was open until 6pm and I went just before 5:30pm as most clinics I’ve been to take their last patient 15-30 mins before close. I was refused service and was told last patient is taken at 5pm. It should be clearly stated that last patient is taken an entire hour before close.

I called at 3:15pm because I had not heard from the doc. The receptionist said that he was busy and assured me he would call before he went home at 6pm. I never heard from him. I waisted a whole day on this doc. Would not recommend this doc or clinic.
A	Ae S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sons eyes were swollen it was 5:30pm and our paediatrician wasn’t answering. Brought him here just to see if they could see him and they fit us in right away! The Dr was very helpful, nice and good beside manor!
C	Chandra Heathcote on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I showed up at 320 with my son(7)who has a very bad cough. I was told they weren’t taking anyone else and she could book me for Tuesday. ITS SATURDAY. I have a family dr that can see me then why the hell would I book for then. I came here because its Saturday. I don’t understand why you can’t place him on the list when you don’t close for over 2.5 hours. I was told there are people on the waiting list that have left but will be coming back. There was only 3 people waiting in the waiting room. Absolutely terribly run and a waste of my time when I could have gone somewhere else. Don’t waste your time going here unless it’s first thing in the morning.
F	F Ph on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is worst walk-in clinic I have ever been. I went their for a simple prescription renewal today and found they did not have a doctor their. Talked to the receptionist, horrible, absolutely horrible attitude. Very impolite, rude, and indifferent. That thin female receptionist did not even wasted her free time to answer my question even she was alone. Who would want to talk to such a rude person? Do your best to avoid this clinic. It is much worse than before.
