Since retaining her and following her advice, things are starting to look up for my family and I. My husband and I had to have separate lawyers Due to conflict of interest (Amy is my husband's lawyer) and I retained the first lawyer Amy recommended ( Kathleen Bingham). They're both very nice and easy to communicate with. Our previous family lawyer was a struggle to get in touch with and he did not listen to what we were asking and was just straight up, rude! Amy really helped me in 2013 when I was first separated. She took the time to explain what needed to be done and was honest and straightforward with her suggestions of next steps. The separation agreement she drew up was rock solid and air tight in every way. Obviously attention to detail is crucial for such a document and Amy crossed all the T-s and dotted all the I-s.
