R	Ronn Jefferies LL.B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Danny (Manager) fixed my Lightning Port on iPhone 6 plus today after I was told by Fido and Apple Genius that I needed a new phone.....and he did it while I waited....for $60.......good work!!!!! Also like that they have parking in Corktown Plaza.
B	Bill Connelly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BUYER BEWARE So I buy a used iphone 5S that was advertised on Kijiiji with a six month warranty which I confirmed again at store with clerk. But when you return it they will not honour warranty. He said their is no six month warranty. .They had iphone for two weeks but could not fix it. In fact, I quote, He said that the owner said what does he think we are Walmart. No but you have to honour a warranty here in Canada. Also their rating went up from 4.4 to 4.7 after they deleted all the one star reviews today. Avoid this place like the plague. Called owner but I do not expect to hear back from her. Horrible customer service. Shocked their still in business. Very very dishonest business practices.

Also please note the good reviews you see are mostly fake. The sentence "Defintely recommend" is used many times by different reviewers. What a coincidence?

R	Rene Orantes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not believe all the great reviews of this place. I brought my broken cellphone in to back up my files on Feb. 01/18 and picked it up Feb. 05/18. Today Feb. 07/18 I get a notification from Google thanking me for leaving this store a review. I never left a review in the first place, the people at this store used my own phone while it was in their possession, and used my Google account to write themselves a good review. Below is the review they posted using my account on Feb. 02/18 (Horrible grammar by the way): "Very good repair services. Definitely recommend. I went to different repair shops. They couldn't solve my issue but these guys r amazingly good. Nice" Though I had no complaints with their service, I found it extremely worrisome that they would do this and will be in contact with police should any of my backed up information be used in any way again. I hope they deleted all the files they backed up for me
H	Heather Green on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stopped by twice during opening hours on two different days, to find the store closed both times - though the sign lit up on the door stated they were open. On a third try, I finally managed to get in. The worker began serving me but once another customer came in, he went straight to that customer, and answered the phone, before coming back to finish my service. I was in there about 15 minutes just to pick up something that should have taken less than 5 minutes. Customer service was awful here. EDIT: The shop responded back to my review. Beware of this store; what they said in their response was a lie. My package had been there since Nov. 27th - as I mentioned, I went multiple times to pick it up to find the store closed during opening hours - so the customer and phone call were not FedEx workers or the owner trying to get my package "on time". The package was under the front desk - no one brought it in. The worker was giving a price quote on the phone for a screen repair, and the customer who came in was also asking about prices for a phone repair. It is nothing short of insulting to respond to a customer review with lies. Improve your service, act honestly, and open your store when you say it is open and your reviews will improve.

I googled this place after a friend recommended me here, in 45 minutes my phone was fixed and still working like new. And im well satisfied thanks guys u guys r doing a great job.
