C	Colin Addie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been coming here to get COVID testing done. Setting the appointments are easy and the test is done quickly and safely every time. Both pharmacists have great inter-personal skills and make you feel at ease from the time you walk in, to when you leave.

When I didn't receive my results in the expected time frame I called to try and get them sent to me. I kept getting left on hold for a while, and then having someone new pick up and ask why I was calling. When I talked to the third person, they said they didn't have my email, although I wrote it down for them on their designated sheet in the store.

I decided to go to Hauser's as they had inexpensive testing as compared to other pharmacies. Ben was the pharmacy employee that helped book my appointment over the phone. Ben went above and beyond my expectations. He was very kind, informative and helpful. The support I received from Ben was wonderful, he took the time to explain details and addressed my concerns. Due to Ben's professionalism and positive attitude, I will be visiting Hauser's whenever I need a vaccine/flu shot and or testing. He is an assets to your team. Thank you for your help - Ben.

I’ve recently noticed that Ben works in both the pharmacy and home care section, what a hard worker. He’s been more than happy to answer my questions and is always a pleasure to meet! You’ve got a keeper on your hands! I hope this lovely man gets the recognition he deserves for his work.

I had booked and gone to appointments at various pharmacies over the course of the pandemic, but I had experienced the best overall service when I visited Hauser’s Pharmacy and Home Healthcare. In particular, Ben had assisted me through the booking process and I immediately took note of his politeness and professionalism. He was very informative and answered all my questions thoroughly when I met him in person. I will definitely be visiting Hauser’s Pharmacy again due to great service from Ben. Thank you!

I received an email confirming my appointment. Their home health section is very large and there’s a lot of selection of home health equipment and aids to choose from.
