It's a well laid out, clean and decent size store with a good selection of products and services to choose from. Unfortunately, they lack a post office department. The service was friendly, courteous and timely. FYI: NO indoor photos are allowed to be taken here. Do so at your own risk.

So i went the other day to grab some multi-vitamins and i have a habit of looking at the expiry date before i purchase anything. I checked multiple items only to find out that most of the mare expired. I told one of the employees and she said that they check them at least once a month and that she would bring it to the managers attention. I went again yesterday and this is what was on the shelf. I guess these Shelves weren't checked for 3-4 months I'd say? (The expiry date on this multivitamin is December 2018)

I am a pretty loyal customer and love collecting optimum points. I decided to shop at this store because I was in Hamilton doing some early Christmas shopping. I found some items that I normally purchase but alot of the sale items were sold out. The shelfs were empty in some food areas only because they were on sale I guess? Will have to make another trip to the store I frequent.

I can't say that I've had too bad of an experience with these pharmacists.. the young lady on their team that helps me nearly every time goes above and beyond to make sure my "as needed" medications are filled, and is very patient with the back and forth between her uppers and my doctors office. The actual pharmacists however are questionable My main reason for this review is that I'm shocked at the lack of space provided to lock up my bike!! Come on people.. I hardly go anywhere that doesn't have anything less than a railing to secure my bicycle. It's a simple fix, Shoppers owner.. get a bike rack!

I must agree with other reviewers - the pharmacy service here is APPALLING and these pharmacists should be ASHAMED of themselves. What happened to the duty to "do no harm?" Pharmacists and other mental health care professionals have a duty to ensure the safety of patients primarily, especially when it comes to medications that must be taken continually. I graduated this summer so I can't access the family doctor through my university anymore, and my 3 month prescription ran out amidst other life crises. So I came here, to my pharmacy, to ask for help with a refill since I can't for the life of me find a doctor currently accepting patients yet. I was too scared to go sit in a walk-in clinic with sick patients as a vulnerable individual. They refused and told me to go to a walk-in clinic and sit next to coughing patients rather than help me - because the pharmacist said she was "busy." She was extremely rude, wouldn't listen to a thing I said and wouldn't even let me speak, and kept asserting that she was busy and had "other people to help". I tried to explain to her why it's so important that patients get the help they need, because some of us are just trying to live day-to-day and when it's impossible even to just get the medication we need, it makes life even more unbearable. I explained that pharmacists are supposed to be allowed to fill prescriptions for situations exactly like this, so vulnerable individuals like me aren't harmed in a broken system. She told me I was "threatening her" and hung up on me. These are the actions of a pharmacist who deals primarily with patients needing medication for their mental health needs. Hours later, she perhaps realized what she had done was wrong and that she would indeed be liable if anything happened to me, so she literally called my parents (I'm 28) and told them to "get me a psych evaluation." I've had one already lady. That's why I'm on medication. Medication that you won't refill, even though you have that authority.... My medication has been stable and my last refill was here. You have no excuse, especially not for phoning an adult patient's parents AS A PHARMACIST TO SUGGEST THEY BE EVALUATED. SHAME ON YOU. If you were so "busy" it would have taken less effort and done less harm to just do your job in the first place. I will be reporting this pharmacy and pharmacist - go elsewhere.

Elmahdi in the pharmacy saved me from a trip to the hospital by correcting a mix up by my doctors office and notifying resolving it so i didnt have to go without my meds until monday. The staff makes a business great . A business is only as hood as the people working there.

Bad experience with one of the floor reps. I went in today to look for a rapid test and he was very unhelpful. I approached him while he was unboxing and once I asked, he immediately looked at me as if I was going to give him covid. He asked another floor rep and told me that it’s on the β€œrack” and pointed in a direction. I went but couldn’t find it and then approached him again. He said he didn’t know and I ultimately left without making a purchase. Very bad experience.

I’m disappointed with the electronics in this store. I used to come here a lot but now the experience is the worse. All the video games are behind the cashier so I can’t even look to see if there’s something I want to buy or redeem for. I have to ask the cashier and if there are people behind me in line it’s uncomfortable to keep them waiting. Why was the old set up changed? All the games were locked behind glass so it’s not like they were being stolen? It also doesn’t help that asking whether something is in stock is a pain. The staff don’t seem interested in helping with electronics and they claim that they can’t even check stock in other stores. The experience to try and find something at shoppers in general is a pain. Have to call each store separately every day to ask. Why can’t they just show stock online for what’s in stock in store like every other business out there? It’s archaic.
