★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in today for eyebrow. Would give 3 stars for that. But the owner kept on talking with staff even though she saw me waiting to pay and made me wait. Felt discriminated. Also was rude when asked for appointment. Will never visit again to this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so upset. Spent half a year growing out my eye brows to have them shaped perfectly... the woman told me no problem and proceeded to wax my eye brows. She took of HALF the tail to the end of my eye brow and honestly I just can’t stop crying. I’ll never let anyone else touch my eye brows ever again, thanks for the punch to the self esteem. They looked better before I walked in, then walking out and I am beyond upset. I wish I could post a picture.
To the lady with the horrible light orange hair who works there. You really suck!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a joke. I had my brows waxed here and the woman ruined it. You could see how bad it was done. I just went in, and she made me pay full price, and telling the lady that works there only do a clean up. I like my brows thin. I paid full price. I don’t like them. She says I always complain. Well yeah, because I’m not paying for my brows to look uneven or high and low. She tried telling me I’m the only one that complains. One of the other workers was telling me how to get it done. If I’m paying for it, I get it done how I want

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my eyebrows done today and the girl told me she burnt my eye and literally made me pay for it still…… when I went back to get a refund the manager said “why didn’t you say something???” WHY DIDNT YOUR EMPLOYEE , SHE SAID SHE BURNT ME !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited quickly this afternoon. There was a sales lady (i believe the manager) helping another lady in the store, talking about blowdriers as i came in to look at hair extensions. She did not say "hello" or anything, just "excuse me" as she asked me to move out of the way so they could look at a blowdrier behind me. When i went to the cash to purchase my $200 product, she suddenly asked the blowdrier customers to "excuse her" as she rushed up to the cash to interrupt the lady ringing in my purchase. Suddenly she wanted to "make sure i got the 20% off and make sure it would match my hair colour". I dont know if this is a commission based store but if it is, I want it known that NOBODY helped me this afternoon, or at least for the lady who was ready to ring me in to receive it. I kinda got the impression this was a commission thing. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never leave a review but I feel like it is necessary after what happened here. Before I share my experience I should say that I have had my eyebrows done for several years and never had anything like this happen. My skin seems to have been torn off on both eyebrows, shortly after I left I noticed that my eyebrows were bleeding. I now have huge scabs below and on top of my eyebrows. I do not have sensitive skin and had never had anything like this happen.
I don’t know if it’s the wax they use or if it is just carelessness while waxing but please avoid this place!
