★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience was positive at this Sephora store. The store is located inside the Lime Ridge Mall. The staffs were nice and friendly. We went there to purchase a gift card. They are expert in beauty products. I would definitely recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first person I asked about the perfume I wanted said no we don't carry that at all as I was leaving another woman asked what I wanted I told her and she said oh yeah we have that and she brought me right to it so you draw your own conclusions that's why they lost the star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first experience at Sephora was so disappointing. I purposefully went there for skincare for my daughter.
I was approached by a hostess without a smile, or any warmth. When she showed me the choices available, I asked a few questions. Which she promptly let out an audible sigh in annoyance to my questions.
Another hostess showed me a skincare limited edition deal. I was intrigued. But she was so loud, it was like she was yelling at me. When cashing out the cashier seemed unfriendly aswell. What has happened to Canada's amazing customer service? I left feeling like I'm not so sure I'd return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ugly truth is that they are in the business of beauty but there customer experience is very ugly...product broke after 1 use. Unfortunately was a gift purchased a few months back so did not have receipt. They would not stand behind there product. Wanted an email receipt, not sure I would have that considering no one asked me for one at the time of purchase. Manager was very rude and nasty. In serious need of customer service training. For such a large company you would think they had trust in their products. Will shop elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service was great! I got asked multiple times if I needed any help and everyone was stuffed with product knowledge as well as kindness. I will say, as a makeup guru, I was disappointed with the selection, but I grew up in Square One which is a much bigger mall and therefore can afford to have bigger stores, so I know that's my own personal issue, but if you need the basics, this is a great place to be!
