★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love MAC products. The customer service at the new location at Limeridge mall is a different story. I have been in the store a few times and each time staff don't bother to acknowledge my presence with even a "someone will be with you in a minute". The location in the Bay is fantastic. The customer service is always great. Not sure why the women in the new location seem to ignore people willing to spend a lot of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Growing up, MAC Cosmetics was at the tippy-top of the thing to buy. But over the years I have found that they have been surpassed in quality by many other cosmetic brand names. That's not to say that MAC is no good. I just don't think that you're getting what you pay for. Staff at the stores seem over made-up and it's difficult to take advice from someone who has made makeup choices that you in a million years would never make. I have made purchases that I've loved and I've made purchases that I truly regretted. Three stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MAC is absolutely taking care of their customers. I called the kitchener store on Sunday hoping to do an in store pick up for something last minute for my Wedding in less than a week. I was rerouted to this further store instead. The woman answering was so lovely and helpful, she got me what I needed and let me know shipping has been super fast in her experience, made no promises but gave me a great option. The package just arrived less than 48 hours later and I didn’t even need to leave my house. This store is shipping at Amazon speeds and the world needs to know about this! I am so thrilled to have had such a great experience with them. Thank you ??

I went back to MAC this weekend and met with Janet who was so amazing and unbelievably helpful with application and products that I'm back on MAC! Thank you, Janet for sharing your knowledge and helping me find such amazing products!!!
