I have visited Chatters at limeridge 3 times, same girl twice, very good hairstylist. Decided to try another, she had a different style of cutting, hair turned out ok, blow try was not good, she didn't style it. What i don't understand is the price, why is hair past the shoulders $65 vs hair at the shoulders being $55 - why is there such a big price difference? i booked a medium cut and the cashier charged me for long hair cut. I wasn't happy about this increase price and i don't see why there is a difference, a cut is a cut, why is the extra brush stroke so much more expensive. Unfortunately because of this, I will be looking for another hair salon. The cut + tip was not worth it.

The cut was great. I love my hair, and left happy with the way it looked. However the price was double what I booked online, and the hair dresser waited until after we discussed at length what she was going to do, and until I had the cape on and my head in the sink, to tell me the price started at $75. She gave me bangs and cut about 2 inches off for $75 BEFORE TAXES. Then tried to upsell me a TON. It felt sneaky and shady, and the reason I will not be returning.

Went and got a perm and a trim and spent 350 for it to fall out and look like I got out of the shower dried it and threw mousse in not to mention haven’t wet my hair at all either just like I got told. Lady was nice but they don’t have all the curler sizes be careful.

I am someone who has always had long hair. I recently decided I want to cut my hair to my shoulders and get bangs. I have not had anything done to my hair in years and I was very nervous to finally cut my hair. I was set up with the hair stylist Rene, she was so great at helping me get the vision I wanted and I trusted her to make my haircut look suiting for me and my face shape. I am so happy with my results and I have already scheduled for my balayage with her in a few days.

I had booked an appointment far in advance to get my hair done for a very special occasion. I drove to my appointment (I also do not live close to Chatters , about a 30-35 minute drive), to find out that my stylist (who is the best stylist ever!!) was sick. BUT, management did not call me, I only received a message on social media (and I was not checking social media on my special day / and because I was driving). They have my phone number on file, why wouldn't the manager call me? If this was a doctors appointment, would my doctor message me on social media? No! So then when I arrived, I asked "can anyone else do my hair?" and she replied "no, they have appointments that were booked" ... uh I had booked an appointment too?? The woman helping me (I assume she's the manager) did not even seem to care, she was just like "yeah there's nothing we can do, she did message you, so...". I could not believe no one had called me. I wasted so much time in travel, so much money in gas, and was late to my own event because I had to do my own hair when I got home. Beyond disappointing that they thought a social media message was acceptable. The professionalism in management is just not there at this place.

While the hairdressers are kind and welcoming, and talented, I was blown away at what I paid for two cuts. My adult son got a buzz cut. My 11 year old got a trim and bangs, no hair wash or hair dry or style. I paid $137 before tip for both. I was about to book a cut and highlights for myself for next weekend but quickly changed my mind. I think the young girl who rang me up didn’t know what she was doing either. She didn’t know she could put two cuts on one bill and had to ask someone ???? I’m disappointed as I thought we’d found a new place to go. Like I said the hairdressers were great. My old hairdresser closed due to Covid. I’ll look for a new place.

Michelle was so friendly and a great listener who was attentive to my requests. She got the cut and color I exactly asked for! She is also so easy to talk to and comfortable to be around! (Credits to Michelle for taking the photo of my hair). Thank you Michelle!

We 3 - me, my hubby and my kid had an appointment for haircuts.. Unfortunately due to traffic issue, we were 11 min late. They refused to provide us service as we were 1 min over their 10-min wait policy. We requested several times but they turned deaf ears. I truly understand the rules and procedures to attain the appointments on time. Also I understand that the delay might cause issues for the next lined up appointments, but that wasn’t the case here. We were the last few to be served and the stylists refused as they don’t want to extend 10 min of their times. You guys seem super duper professional but you lack the basic empathy of serving the customers.. Good luck to you but I won’t be the one visiting your salon again.
