Finally when it did go down it barely budged. 30 dollars less than what i was paying. I have no accidents or tickets. Have had my G license for quite awhile now. These people are con artists looking to squeeze you for every dollar you have.
a	amir khamis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to thank Broker Brenda Edwards for help me find better insurance and work hard to make good deal .Befor I was pay alots untile she call me and find this deal which I was very happy .I was going to find another broker but she call me last mint and tell me that she find out that I'm paying alot and she see another Insurance .the different its alot from $787 to $300. I'm thank her again. and I hope the other broker do like her to keep there customer .

I choose McCallum and Misale because I had sent an email and they basically saved me a good sum of money. The professionalism and hard work of my broker is greatly appreciated.
D	David Harper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Mother who is disabled has been insured with you guy for god knows how many years. Her rates went up and she called and you found something cheaper. Then she calls me and you guys had her sign a cancellation and did not set her up with a new policy. She asked if I could driver her up to your office to sign the application to get her new insurance after you cancelled her. I called your office to see if you could email me the documents so I could have her sign them as I cant drive her up there during work hours. The broker said she is not allowed to email the docs as the client has to come in the office so you can go over the application, so now my mother is left with no insurance on her apartment. I don't want to mention any Brokers names as it is not their fault you have such archaic procedures that puts road blocks in front of people with disabilities. What brokerage now days does not operate over email and what Brokerages out there leaves people with disabilities with out insurance and makes it difficult for them to bind coverage. I called and talked to the Broker and she said my Mother said she wanted to cancel, of course because you told her she had to get to your office by the next day which she couldn't and she didn't want to renew and have to pay more for a full year or be subject to a cancellation fee.....I was just wondering who the professional is in this situation and how do you let someone cancel and leave them with no insurance after you found them a cheaper rate.....Sounds like a E&O to me
