★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cannot praise the service, friendliness and professionalism highly enough. Best dentist experience I have ever had having lived in Scotland, Ireland, Oakville and now Hamilton. From first contact as a new patient to end of treatment the whole of the staff treated all patients as friends!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Bob and the whole team at Stonehill Dental are all so amazing! Friendly, compassionate, and willing to explain. Dr. Bob has fixed a few tricky cavities and fillings I had with great expertise and bedside manner and managed my freezing better than my previous dentist I'd had for decades! They've also been caring and gentle with my kids' first dentist appointments over the last couple of years. Absolutely recommend this team for dental care!

Waiting time for a consultation, almost 2 months! The receptionist was not much helpful.
Haven't even met them yet, I have a bad impression already!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dental fees can be very costly so I was a little taken back when I heard this office does not direct bill to insurance. Never heard of a dental office that doesn't direct bill. Especially one that demands xrays on first visits. For myself and my children's first visit it would be costing me over $1000. Sad because the customer reviews for staff seem great but the inconvenience is a no for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to fix the teeth that was ruined by another dental office, thanks to Dr.Ajay and his assistant, the teeth that has been bothering me for 4 months is finally painless.
Great experience here, friendly stuff, professional doctors, and they use advanced machines and technology to help you have a better understanding of your tooth which I found very helpful.
The only con is that you have to pay the bill at the visit, it can be expensive, but this makes me feel more confident about choosing them, they must be excellent so that people would rather coming here instead of going to places that can do direct billing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hadn't been to the dentist in like 9 years. It was bad. Came here on the recommendation of a friend and they did not disappoint. All staff is very friendly. Love my hygienist. No one made me feel bad or ashamed for neglecting my teeth for years but educated me on what was going on and were very willing to suggest strategies that might help me specifically after listening to me. Felt like people who understand real life happens, let's move on and work with what we've got. Been going for a year now and have only had positive experiences.
