★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought the Xbox series S that says all access available thinking that it meant it comes with the pass cause when you click the link under it says "Includes 24 months..." basically of the pass. But you still have to pay for it monthly, and they make it seem like you get it with the console. I just wish the website was more clear as I could have gotten the rocket league bundle for the exact same price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was time to upgrade my network as it has been around 10 years since I updated it. After doing some research I knew what I wanted and the product showed in stock. Since I couldn't locate it on display I stood in line at the geek squad counter. After standing on the wait here label on the floor 6 ft away from the counter and having not 1 but 2 associates help other people while I was clearly there left and found what I wanted at staples. Horrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After having to unfortunately return an Open Box Sonos Sub (Geek Squad Certified, and an online purchase), Nancy at Customer Service/Returns happily accepted my return (5 minutes before close, too!), and worked diligently on getting me a credit on the purchase of a new Sub. I wasn't asking for one, but she was adamant. This was above and beyond what I was hoping for, and made it a great experience. Thanks, Nancy!
