★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used Amann a number of time to fix our dishwasher and have been pleased with their service. They have been responsive and the techs are professional. I called today because our refrigerator is not working. My call was taken by a very rude lady who said she had never heard of our refrigerator brand and then hung up on me. I couldn't believe it - It was over the top rude. It would have been nice to get a referral to another company who might have been able to service our appliance. I can't understand how a person like this ends up on the front line especially in this kind of business. This experience will likely deter me from using Amann again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dryer died suddenly and I looked at the price of a new one and thought I would call Amann as I have dealt with them in the past to fix my dishwasher. They were able to come by the day after I called and it was a fast fix thankfully. Exceptional service, fast, reliable and cost effective! I will definitely use them in the future.

The technician, Brian, was able to quickly troubleshoot and repair our 23 year-old Kenmore (Whirlpool) natural gas clothes dryer. Not only that, he was willing to explain and answer any questions I had about how the system works.
The company also has many appliance parts in stock for DIY types.
I highly recommend Amann Appliance Service & Parts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Washing machine was leaking water. Brian called the next day and was here in 15 minutes. Showed me where it was leaking from the valve. Replaced the valve and tested it. Super service and good price. Will definitely recommend.

Brian came over and was Fantastic. Walked straight to appliance, made quick diagnosis and repair. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 0 stars I would because thats the service I got. Originally I called on a tuesday to repair my dryer and they said we can make an appointment for friday. It would have been thursday but because of a potential snow storm they were not booking appointments. No problem. Friday comes and they call at 930 to reschedule because the technician has to pick up his wife. Not my problem but ok. Reschedule for monday. Monday comes and they call to cancel, not reschedule because technician calls in sick. Again not my problem. I wait almost a week and no results and now I have to find someone else. They gave a name and number of some random guy. No shot Im using that. I would NEVER recommend this place unless you like have nothing done to your broken appliances.

Although the part was not in stock they took the time to find one within their supplier network and even arranged shipping directly to me. It arrived the next morning, less then a day after my initial inquiry. An exact replacement and working perfectly!
