That was until we called Sutton’s! From the initial phone call to the completed repair, all staff were informative, kind and professional (and they showed up exactly when they said they would!!!). Thank you Steve (owner) for helping diagnose ahead of time so we knew they’d come prepared with the part required — thank goodness it was available for the time of call, as parts are also harder to come by these days. And Mike our technician for completing the repair quickly and effectively. Our favourite washer lives on! Thanks Sutton’s!

That is an African proverb that is personified by the approach taken by Steve and the team at Sutton & Sons in my humble opinion. When I called to book my service call Steve made certain I was inquiring about the correct model, and aware of all possibilities for the existing problem. An estimate was provided based on the troubleshooting exercise I was walked thru, and when the Technician arrived there were no surprises. Even the arrival time was not left to chance with a phone call in the morning to confirm, and another upon arrival. I was even offered the opportunity to watch/learn while the repair was completed but I opted for a morning coffee. When I returned the job was done, the dryer working, re-connected, and the appliance returned to its location cleaner than it has been in years! Sincerest thanks to the team for their traditional values and their willingness to empower individuals with the choice to feed themselves for a meal OR feed themselves for a lifetime. I congratulate Sutton & Sons in advance of many more years of successfully providing exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations!
T	Tracy Wintonyk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Steve was extremely helpful. We have a 30-40 yr old Hotpoint stove/oven in our basement that we use for a 2nd oven. After a self cleaning cycle finished and cooled, the oven door would not unlock. We are previous customers of Sutton & sons and they were there for us again yesterday. We sent photos of the stove to Steve and he talked us through how to unlock the oven door after removing the back panel of the stove. He called right back when he said he would and we didn’t have to dispose of a perfectly good old stove. As we all know they don’t make appliances like they use to, as I really didn’t want to get rid of this stove. Thank you Steve and Sutton & sons for always being there to help and providing great service. We will definitely continue using Sutton & sons for all our appliance needs. They are reliable and very knowledgeable. Thank you Steve.

Parts were ordered promptly and Steve took the time to understand my situation and canvassed other technicians to ensure they came to the correct diagnosis. The prices offered were very reasonable. We ordered a compressor from Steve based on another companies diagnosis, when Mike arrived to install it he quickly realized it was not the compressor. Mike ordered the correct part, fitted it in a very timely and professional manner. He was knowledgeable, helpful and we knew we were in great hands. He set up a service call that fit into my schedule. The serviceman, "Mike", arrived exactly when he stated he would. He was also very friendly and courteous. To my delight my dryer was fixed in a short period of time and I was completely satisfied with the whole experience from the first contact to the end of the service call. I have dealt with Sutton and Son many times over the years and I have never been disappointed and always very pleased with the service from everyone involved.

Of those only Sutton & Son were willing and able to diagnose & repair our appliance. Sutton & Son call you on the morning of your scheduled appointment day and give you a 2hr window as to their arrival time that day...and they honour it! We are grateful to Graham, our technician, for his expertise, kindness and tips on keeping our coffee machine operating at peak performance. He also demonstrated additional features which we were unaware of. Our Bosch coffee system was repaired to our satisfaction and all at a very reasonable price! Thank you Sutton & Son!
