I had a great first experience with fast eddies. They sent a technician to come look at my leaking old dishwasher and we determined it would be best for me to buy a new one. I got fast eddies to install my new dishwasher and it went very smooth and quick. I will definitely be using them for all my future appliance needs. Their prices are competitive as well!

Extremely helpful staff... Direct and cordial. I only wanted parts and they confirmed with courtesy the part numbers. Price was as good as Amazon for better quality.

Fast Eddie's was able to send someone out next day for my dryer that stopped working. The gentleman was extremely friendly and efficient, we are VERY happy with the service.

Poor experience. Bad attitude with misogynistic comment. Did not fix machine either. Discussed with follow up call who said they'd refer me to someone else to call back. Never got a return call.

I have a GE Profile dishwasher with a broken latch. I called in with the diagnosis and was told a tech would come out the following week for repair. Instead of the repair, the tech came into my home for 5mins, agreed with my diagnosis, then charged me $100 for his time. I was under the impression the tech was coming to replace the faulty latch. Now I'm still stuck with a broken dishwasher, a part that won't arrive until mid Aug and a $100 bill essentially for ME telling the tech what the issue was. I called in again and agreed there was a miscommunication based on my expectations. I understand the tech cannot work for free and asked if the service call could be used a deposit and removed from the final bill for repair. This was not agreed and nothing was done for the error. Not impressed. These guys appear to be out there nickel and diming folks and do not set proper expectations before charging their clients. I will not be using their services and do not recommend this business.

I called Fast Eddies yesterday April 5,2022, spoke with Kim. I was looking for parts for my daughters oven, who lives in rural Alberta. Daughter told me they were having trouble locating oven elements. I told Kim I wanted to order them if still available and then ship them out to Alberta. Kim took model number told me that the parts are readily available, but also suggested two other appliance parts companies in Alberta, gave me the phone numbers, I called one, they have them in stock… now the new parts are on the way to my daughters. All in about 15 minutes. And all because Kim listened and went out of her way to help us. We are very grateful. I have used FE before and this just solidified my future decisions when requiring appliance repair. Regards Grampa G

We have called Fast Edie since the 1980's when my wife used them at her business. We just had Jaret here to repair the temperature sensor for our oven. Extremely friendly, competent fast and great value for the money.. He even gave me a seniors discount. Would never call anyone else.

Don't mistake my 5 star rating for me enjoying being charged about $125 for a 15 min visit, because nobody wants to pay that much money just to discover that their appliance can't really be fixed. Instead, the 5 stars are because the service was quick, timely and professional. The repairman who arrived was pleasant, open to discussion, and went above and beyond by discussing options and finding out costs for a replacement motor (even though we likely won't go that route as our model is 15 years old.) Look, at the end of the day, a service costs money and the man who arrived was a Skilled labourer. These things cost money. Thankfully they seemed sincere, honest, and I have no doubt he would have fixed the machine if he could have done so right there and then. Hard to argue with that.
