★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptional customer experience! 10 star rating! And yes, - four appliance for the same visit! Fantastic customer service. Booked the appointment on Sunday for Monday, and had a confirmation of the appointment Sunday night, and a 10 minute heads up until arriving call on Monday morning. Repairman arrived in the given time frame on Monday morning, had the needed part in the truck, cleaned and adjusted both the washer and dryer - fixed the dishwasher (not working all through COVID!) and got the ice maker working again! Could not recommend Oakville Appliance Repair & Service enough! 10 stars. Knowledgeable, sincere and excellent price point. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely rudimentary service, faulty inspection, technicians who can't figure out the problem, high price, and ultimately couldn't fix it even after 2 visits. Waste of time, waste of money, refusal of refund. Please please Don't use this company. Don't deceive consumers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud Repair Company, Fraud Technician. Wrong diagnosis,
Fraud part price and non-returnable, inflated quote for parts cost, and finally irresponsible non-repair notification. I waste parts $ 400 + Prepaid Labour charge $ 90, Total $ 490. But they didn't refund or compensation for this. Now Dryer still not working...Don't use this company & Technician, Don't hurt consumers anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad Experiance from this Company & Technician. Don't waste time & money to this Company & Technician. It's fraud service. My dryer didn't work even now. Real parts price was $ 250, But Technician want to $ 400 + Labour $ 110. But it was not a part problem. They didn't response about my refund. They don't have a professional Service mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so used to having a dishwasher, and I relied on it for getting my dishes done. So, when my dishwasher started having problems, I wanted to make sure it was still repairable. I didn't want to immediately spend money on a replacement because it could get costly. So, I called in a technician to take a look at my appliance. When he got here, he assured me that he could do the repair. He charged me a minimal fee for a job well done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The dishwasher door was stuck for some reason, so water from the inside splashed out whenever we used it, causing a mess. We contacted Oakville Appliance Repair & Service for their appliance repair. The price they charged for the quality of work they did was unbelievable. I feel like they could have charged more!

I wanted to know if it needed replacement or there was still some hope. I was fortunate because the technician was brilliant and effectively fixed the issue.
