The technician arrived on time and swiftly discovered the problem with my Viking refrigerator/freezer. He finished the task quickly, communicated all pertinent information, and remained professional throughout. All of this for a very affordable fee. Excellent work! They come highly recommended.

My technician, Robert D, called me 20 minutes before arriving and arrived within the time frame specified. He described the issue with my washer, as well as the items he needed to buy and why. He was very comprehensive and professional; he provided me an estimate of when my components will arrive and told me that if I had any problems, I could phone him. He returned within a few days, fitted the parts, and the washer has been running flawlessly since. I'm extremely pleased with the work, and the price was reasonable. I'm sure I'll use them again with other appliances.

These guys are incredible! My message was promptly responded to, and I was able to schedule an appointment within two days. My appointment was scheduled between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m., and I arrived on time at 10 a.m., having called 15 minutes in advance. Thomas R. was courteous, professional, and punctual! My motor and a few other parts needed to be replaced, but I should be fine for the next 6-8 years! I would highly recommend these people for any appliance repair. Please, Javier!

These individuals are excellent and entirely dependable! I received same-day service for a repair, and the price was really reasonable when compared to a few other companies I contacted. During diagnostics, Mr. Smith was able to show me exactly which part needed to be replaced in order for my dryer to work properly. I'm ecstatic. I will without a doubt use their services again in the future.

David was very honest, did an excellent job, explained everything he was doing, showed me the broken and replacement parts, and was extremely pleasant. I couldn't be more overjoyed. The service is fantastic here. They are quite accommodating and helpful, and they communicate effectively both before and after the job. I had Smith R. come over to inspect my washer/dryer, and he arrived well-prepared, with a solid understanding of the precise type we have, and he set right to work, quickly identifying the problem. He answered all of my questions and guided me in determining the best next steps. He was kind, pleasant, and professional. I will try my best to make this short and sweet, however my experience with Vairam Services was anything but. I reached out to Vairam after reading pretty good google reviews. My dishwasher at my rental unit was not drying dishes properly. I agreed to the diagnosis. Technician came, I was told the heat element needs to be replaced and was given a price which I agreed to. I got called back shortly after to say it was in fact a broken mother board and it will cost more to repair. I found that strange, so I said no thanks just charge me for diagnosis. I was overcharged for the diagnosis by Mike. Reached out to get a refund of the difference but was ignored. Left bad google review. Ram the owner reached out to me immediately. He was very motivated to get me to take down bad review. Offered to refund my money. I appreciated the effort so I asked if he’d still do repair at original price I was quoted. He agreed and I took down the bad review. Vairam then sent a technician to do repair four times. Each time I was told the dishwasher was fixed, when it was not. After third attempt, the “senior” technician left my dishwasher leaking. This caused significant water damage to my laminate flooring. I was also told that I would need a second part installed which would cost me more. I gave a little push back, as we had already agreed on a price to fix the problem and didn’t end up having to pay more. After the fourth attempt to repair, (5th visit) heated dry was still not working. My tenant, annoyed with all of the interruptions, said he’d live with dishwasher as is. 2 months went by before I actually saw the dishwasher for myself. I was appalled to see the water damage to the floor for the first time, also a cracked trim piece on the dishwasher, and the door now opens very rough & jolts down. I reached out to Ram, this time for a refund. I only asked for half of the $360+hst that I had paid as I can appreciate the costs he incurred while attempting to fix my dishwasher. Didn’t ask for any money to fix the damages his technicians caused. Although very responsive, he denied any responsibility for the damages. Offered me $70. After I said no, he bumped it to his final offer of $100 which I refused. My dishwasher is garbage and being thrown out.
