The technician that came, Emeel, was polite, efficient and professional. Sympathetic to the frustrations of our appliance failure, he really made every effort to go above and beyond and I really appreciate his efforts. We now have a working dryer once again. I recommend TAS and will use them again, but hope to never have to...?

A terrible customer service experience. When I scheduled a service call, their repairman contacted me and asked me to pay in advance so he could install the part to fix my appliance immediately. I called in, made the payment and he told us that the main office did not confirm with him that a payment had been made, so he did not bring the necessary part. That was four months ago. Fast forward to April. No part, no repair, but they have my money. I called to inquire and I was consistently lied to about the status of the order. After several follow up calls, one of which I had to do their job and contact the parts supplier to understand the status of the delivery of the part for the repair, they still continued to lie and did it all while being rude. I continued to be understanding, COVID has effected global supply chains after all, but after some digging it became obvious that I was just getting the work around. Whether they strung me along because someone neglected to do their job or they decided they had my money and my customer satisfaction no longer mattered, it has been a frustratingly unfortunate situation. Please use caution and perhaps take your business somewhere more honest and reliable.

Please don’t go to these people. Very poor communication, shady practices and hidden fees - and we never got our appliance back. We had a wine fridge that needed repairs, first technician had no idea what to do (asked us for a manual and flipped through it) said he’d come back to pick it up by 17:00. 19:30 and I’m repeatedly calling them to figure when he’s coming, when they finally tell me he can’t now (zero communication that he wouldn’t be coming). Then we were waiting for pickup for a week. Then they send this other technician to manually drag it out by himself (no dolly, no equipment to carry a heavy fridge). He says there’s no other fees. We already had doubts by this time, and were too late to see other online reviews. Now there’s zero communication until I call them a week later when they suddenly say it’s all fixed and we should go pick it up, or else we have to pay an extra fee to have it returned. This was not discussed at all prior to this, so now they’re holding our fridge ransom. We had gone with them instead of buying a new fridge because of a difference of $100, which is around the extra hidden fee. We asked to speak to the manager, which took multiples requests via their customer service line, and we heard back another week later - and she offered nothing, no recognition that services were poor, no communication, it was a hard stance that they needed us to pay them ASAP. We are also sure that they did not fix our fridge, as its status was not communicated until we called them. Instead of further sinking more money into this futile exercise, we decided that since they refused to budge and were demanding we pay the extra fee and rest of the balance instead, we would just leave it with them. They also don’t cover warranty on their repairs so I’m sure we would’ve still had a malfunctioning fridge after getting it back. TL;DR DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY - super shady and basically a scam.

Absolutely the worst support I've seen from a company. They record the wrong address, delivery person shows 2-3 hours later than scheduled. They try to call me with a blocked number and then blame me for picking up. My machine has already been broken for over a week, with no progress in site. I ended up watching Youtube videos and just handling it myself. Never use this company.

Rarely have I experienced such horrible customer service. We were charged a $60+ tax non-refundable fee to look at our blender and promised a phone call back 3 days later. 2 weeks and numerous phone calls later we were told the blender was not repairable. We are out $60 and have to purchase a new blender. Our mistake. Stay away from this company. They are not reputable.

Update 10 months later: LG had to finally refund to us the $666.70 that TAS charged my elderly mother. The cheque came from LG finally on January 20, 2022. LG refunded us because they agreed that the service had been ARRANGED and PAID FOR through LG and there should not have been any further charges and since TAS was dismissive of their own actions, LG stepped up. Somehow TAS thinks that because the work order from LG ALLEGEDLY didn't indicate it was "warranted service" they can present an elderly person with a bill, charge her credit card and admit no wrong. They just told us they weren't told and are entitled to keep the funds. Because of their apparent "miscommunication" with LG they took no responsibility for a customer being double charge for a service (that was not done right the first visit). On or around April 2, 2021: Service was arranged and FULLY paid for through LG. This company SWINDLED my elderly mother out of an additional $666.70 and it took TWO SERVICE CALLS to fix (service was NOT completed on the first visit and the fridge did not work until the second service call). I spoke to the owner or manager (not sure who) who said they didn't know we paid LG and refuse to refund or acknowledge any mistake. It's been four months and an additional 10 calls to LG. They said "There's no one in TAS accounting but we'll leave a message."

It's appalling how bad the customer service is at this place. Was told that a part for Whirlpool washer would was back-ordered and yet 3 months later it miraculously appeared out of nowhere when I went through several agents to complain. Yesterday a "senior" technician came to inspect an ongoing issue with the detergent dispenser. Not only was there zero resolution but condescendingly he gave his "32 years" of expertise to come to the conclusion that it's the user's fault for breaking it and to replace the entire washer. Left after a 10min visit. No follow up communication ever from this company after I repeatedly told them to give me updates.

Whirlpool scheduled them to repair my dryer that was under warranty. They come look at it says it needs a new motor. great. different guy comes back to replace the motor and he messes it up. He takes the dryer apart breaking the clips that holds the frame together. rips the exhaust vent out of the wall and breaks the pipe in 2. He can't figure how to replace the motor so he quit. He literally walked out. I can't get a hold of someone at TAS so I called whirlpool they were able to get a guy come back 6 days later. We will see if it gets fixed then...
