They have now been to my home 3 times now and there technicians have no clue on how to fix anything and I am back to square one. First my dryer would turn off after 5-10 min they came fixed that left. went to do laundry that evening and then had no heat in my dryer. They came fixed that this past Friday and after all of one load of laundry the dryer will not turn on at all Now. This is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. I Have been dealing with this for over a month. Technicians should know what they are doing and not have to sit on the phone and have someone else try to explain to them how to fix an issue that is under warranty. Yes I am one Very UNHAPPY Customer. Today I called them again and got no where except to hear the lady complain that i was taking up to much of her time and that there was 30 other customers waiting in line on the phone to talk to her. Yep I wonder why there was 30 surprised there were not many more. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

This company supposed to be the ones taking care of Frigidaire repairs. 3 months later I still have a broken freezer. Not a good experience whatsoever. You have to spend an hour on the phone to get through. So I finally did get a tech to come and have a look just before Christmas. He was pleasant, definitely raised my opinion of the company. It was explained that there are part shortages. Most likely due to Covid. He did a temporary fix. Let me know realistic time frames.it will probably be in February some time till the part is available. So I'm going to have to let my dissatisfaction go. I received a direct call message on my answering service that he will be coming for the final repair. I'm raising to 4 stars just because it took too long.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service is an understatement. Every rep I talked with was incredibly rude and aboslutelt useless. I was waiting for a basic oven repair for 6 months only to find out the parts department wasn't responding to their internal emails thus delaying part arrival. Save yourself the aggravation and avoid adding warranty if necessary. It would be much easier, less costly and stress free to find a local repair service and pay for it yourself.

Horrible experience with this company. We will never use them again for a fridge repair. We waited almost six months for parts to repair. When they finally come with our parts, the technician put the new parts in and informed us there was another problem. The technician failed to tell us our fridge was not working. We only discovered this when we went to get food from our fridge. How can a company not inform their customer that the fridge is not working? Better yet when I call customer service to speak to a supervisor, I get told there’s no supervisors there they’ve gone home. The next phone call I get told their a different department and they received my report and have 48 hours to respond. This is horrible business practice. How is a fridge not working after a technician visit not a priority to be fixed. My favourite part is that my fridge worked before they came with the parts. The problems went from bad to even worse thanks to this company. Now I await a supervisor phone call… Editing this post to add that I emailed as requested and no one has responded (emailed on Friday morning. In addition a supervisor still has not contacted us within 48 hours as we were told. Days without a working fridge...7 days (a week now). I will continue to update this review or post new reviews until myself or my husband receive a response and our fridge is fixed.

He has a ready response for any question. He crests an atmosphere of knowing confidence and will not give up when the going becomes difficult. It is a honour having him in our home. So i have been waiting to hear back from the technician of Transglobal service for the replacement of my new Venmar Range Hood. The technician Aniel called me more than a month back that he will order a new one and have it installed in 3-5 days. Its been over a month and i have not heard back from him on the status of my complaint. I called him today and he didn't answer my phone so finally i called their callcenter and spoke to their agent Fatima to report my issue and share with me the status of my complaint and she said that they're still waiting for my parts and she cannot specify any timeline of when will this arrive and when this will be resolved. i was clearly not satisfied with their attention on my issue and so i asked her to registered a complaint to which she said that "I am just agent and cannot take complaints". This is a ridiculous service company and they seriously should work on how to address and resolve customer issues from field to call center technicians. Unless the management have specifically laid out such instructions their technicians.

The service we received from Dominic was excellent. He phoned in advance to confirm the appointment, requested a picture to confirm the model and serial number so he could order the correct parts and saved us from having 2 visits to our home. He arrived on time, was polite and professional. We would highly recommend him without hesitation.

I was recommended this service by the Appliance dealer since it was out of warranty. my dishwasher has a little water leak at the door on either sides. the Technician came in and checked everything but could not diagnose the fault. he did check the door, gaskets etc. made some adjustments to the levelling feet and said it is ok. the leak was still there as nothing had changed. I contacted the dealer about this and they requested the service to send the technician back to access the leak. I had asked to send a different technician to get a second opinion, but they sent the same one. he came and again the same thing said everything seems ok, but just change the gasket and sprayers and check if it rectifies. now this was not a diagnosis but just a here-say to complete the service call. I then contacted the GE head office who in turn wanted the service report. I requested Trans global for a service report and I have not heard from them since. I just wasted $101 and my time for a service call with no solution to the problem.
