After waiting 6 hours, and then being disconnected twice while waiting , I gave up. If you enjoy putting your entire day on hold waiting for service, then Hargta is for you.
h	helenkurdin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called HARGTA around 14-15 of June 2021 and booked service on the 22 of June 2021. I repeated several times that I would NOT be available from 12:30 PM till 3 PM on the 22nd of June. They made a note in my order. I called the company twice on the 22nd of June in the morning and reminded them that I would NOT be available after 12:30 PM. They informed me that a technician would come to me from 4 PM to 6 PM. I was happy. However, I received a call from the technicians at 12:40 PM that they had already arrived at my place. I received this call, when I was going to leave my apartment. They arrived 5 hours earlier than their own timeframe and ruined my plans for the day. Service of this company is dreadful.
k	katelyn Martin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a service tech named David come to my unit to check out my dishwasher and microwave, both which were not working. David was very patient, kind and respectful. He took the time to walk me through the mechanics and how the computer in the dishwasher works so I would know how to properly set cycles so that further issues would not be experienced. David only came initially to look at the dishwasher, but while he was there I expressed concerns about my microwave which suddenly stopped working and had no power whatsoever. David was very pleasant about my additional ask and did not hesitate to call in another job number ASAP to make sure my microwave got looked at right then and there! Needless to say, David ensured that my kitchen appliances were functioning properly and it all took less than 30 minutes. Thanks David and HAR GTA!
s	sam zip on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TA Appliances is very poor service company, stay away from this business.. I had paid 18,000 for my appliances with 1500 warranty for five years and i saw nightmare with them to fix my new oven and cooktop. Choice for you, my advise stay away from this TA appliances
C	Cla M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been 4 months since their tech came to inspect my 1 month old fridge saying I needed a new door. They claim the door is on back order. I called Frigidaire and they confirmed the back order but said it would be before the end of 2021. With less than a week left in the year I'm still waiting. The kicker is that the tech adjusted the settings I my fridge without saying anything and my freezer defrosted. I have been asking for compensation for the error and the response is, contact Frigidaire and then oh we escalated this to the tech manager. Only because of warranty claim otherwise costco should think twice about retaining them as a contractor of choice. The 2 star review is bang on UPDATE: STILL NO CALL BACK. Frigidaire confirmed no order was placed for replacement door. They sent authorization to Cotsco to exchange my fridge due to lengthy wait. Got my new fridge. But nothing from this company ?
