★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were looking to have a belt repaired and Robert was a no show the first day, the next 2 planned visits he phoned hours after the agreed time to say he could not make it. Then said he would come at 7:30am the following morning only to show up almost an hour late. We understand things come up but a phone call when you know you can't make it is common courtesy and the professional thing to do. We had stopped the line each time in anticipation of him coming. We were not in a hurry for the repair (belt is still operational) but expected that he would come when he said he would.
