★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here to get a safety done on the 2021 Rebel 500 I just picked up. Dealt with Doug and he was absolutely fantastic, great guy who gave me some tips and ideas as I am a new rider. I will definitely be going back to them in the future. Highly recommend, no complaints

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to KMM for the first time on the suggestion of a friend who has used their services before. Doug was just finishing up a bike when I arrived and he was really nice and personable. I only needed a safety certification for my FZ1, but it was a very positive experience and I wouldn't hesitate to bring any of my motorcycles here if they needed some service work. Pricing was very fair and I was in and out in very quick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Returning to biking after 12 years. I drove up to shop entrance for a Safety and Doug came out at the sound of the bike. His trained eyes/ears spotted a clutch issue with my bike and he adjusted the lever free of charge. Now I can locate the Neutral. He answered all my novice questions and even coached me on how to perform simple maintenance myself! Also gave some safety tips that I've been using on the road. I'm in love with this place and will come again for any issues. Safety took all of 10-minutes on a Friday afternoon at 4pm. Staff is extremely friendly and place is welcoming to all. You won't feel rushed here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What can I say that has not already been said? I had a fantastic experience at KMM. Went in for a safety and was told I needed new tires, which I knew was potentially coming up. Instead of them selling overpriced tires, it was suggested to try a few sites and have them shipped straight to the shop. I took this advice, got a good deal, had the tires swapped immediately and got my safety. You won't go wrong coming to KMM. Honest, fair and looking out for the rider!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing but positive things to say about KMM and the team here. I went in to get a safety done for my Honda CBR500R and got it towed to the shop, even though they were extremely busy, they were nice enough to unload it off the flatbed for the driver and bring it into the shop. I thought I would be waiting a while, since safeties are done on a walk-in basis, but Doug attended to it right away. As a fellow business owner, this is truly the definition of a great business here and I can see why they’ve been in business for so long. It was truly a pleasure speaking with Doug and the insight that he provided me. I look forward to bringing in my bike for any future needs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've just bought a sled last year and thanks to Doug got a lot of very useful and valuable info. He has also fixed an issue I was having with an engine. Fast and outstanding service for a reasonable price. Definitely a place to go to for all snowmobile owners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is awesome! Especially DOUG, he is very friendly and loves to talk about motorcycles. I went for a safety and got in and out within the hour. Super quick and fast! ($100 plus tax)
They are a busy shop so first come first serve.
They also give lots of tips to new riders and tips about your bike!
Best shop by far! ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As most people do this day and age, we google and read the reviews of people's previous experience of any establishment before we go visit.
I came to KMM with some expectations but not high. Even after reading some of the reviews, it came to light, without an ounce of doubt, the reviews and experiences of people of the past did not fail me.
I was very surprised of the care and service they gave to me and my bike. Doug and his colleagues was very welcoming and took their time inspecting my bike. I felt not only safe, but confident once they were done servicing my motorcycle.
WILL definitely be coming back here!
