★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice big box store. A little expensive though. Went looking for bedroom stuff and was disappointed with the lack of tasteful bedding. Is this more fallout from the pandemic? Possibly a sourcing issue? Because the first word in the name of the store is BED.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I only had time to get through the Bed and Bath sections today, and my experience based on that was great.
A young lady went beyond expectations when she helped me find something obscure that Iwas looking for. This got me thinking - how much do employees go beyond expectations in the Beyond section of the store? When beyonds layer, is it compounded as a sum, multiplication, or are we talking beyond expectations to the power of 2?
Y'all are great and I always find something I didn't know I needed until I saw it here. I now have less money though, so there's that. ??♂️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bed Bath & Beyond has the best customer service I have ever dealt with. I had a problem with my order that was to be delivered. The people that I had spoke to were extremely nice and they took care of the problem right away. The shipping company not so great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They always have a great selection of products in various qualities and prices. The prices are always fair and the service if fabulous! I have purchased many things here from curtains and curtain rods, sheets, pillows, specialty pillows (knee pillow) and kitchen gadgets and appliances.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst shopping experience in my life! Received a gift card. Placed an order to pick up from store...Store had stock online. Went to the store. Only one of 3 items was there. Was told I will receive a refund on my gift card for the other two items. One week later...still waiting for a refund. Don't ever ever shop at bed bath and beyond. Big SCAM!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought an item at another location, lost receipt and wanted to return it. I did have my credit card bill but no receipt. They gladly credited my credit card. I expected to have to go back to store where I had purchased it. All done with a smile and a "no problem." I will certainly shop at this store more often.
