n	nasreen bodo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Popcorn tastes freshly made which was a nice change from what I remember before covid lockdowns started.. but still so salty even though they have improved on that too. Most the staff were kind, informative and helpful. Thank you to those wirh great customer service skills.
J	Jennifer Henriques on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over priced, uncomfortable seats especially for little ones, popcorn was not fresh, they seem to never have rhe proper cups or "toy" that came with the kids box. I don't plan on visiting again anytime soon. Almost better to bring your own snacks.
R	RITESH PATEL on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to watch move on March break with my kids and we didn’t know that movie fir Tom & Jerry was house full. Only few tickets randomly left. Me and my kids decided to seat separate because kids really wanted to watch movies. Whoever cashier was young guy didn’t explain about location of tickets and we were not movie lover so know seat location. Guy gave us in AA row ( very first row) in separate seat. We spend around $30 with movie, popcorn abc drinks but kids were not happy. Cashier should explain us when we buying tickets that top on his computer is front front and bottom row in computer is top row in theatres. I’m very very disappointed and unhappy of my first visit .
E	Ev on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This theatre is so out of date and starting to age. Ya, it's clean but it's not the nicest theatre and the seats are far from comfortable. We live 10 minutes away but for the last two years, we drive to Jackson Square where Landmark have amazing seats that almost recline to a bed and you can lift the armrest to snuggle with your partner. For special movies, we'll even travel as far as Cineplex Oakville for the VIP theatres but I will no longer waste my money at the Paramount location. With how much they over-charge for food, you'd think they'd have enough money to renovate and catch up to the times.

I came with 4 kids (my son and 3 of his friends) and admittedly we had a complicated order. The guy serving us was training and he was doing a great job. I had some vouchers emailed to me a few weeks ago from Guest services for a refund that I haven’t received from Cineplex. I’m actually still waiting for the refund after about 7 weeks. Anyway I was emailed vouchers for 3 general admissions and 3 regular size popcorns for the inconvenience (I’ve had to call every 3 weeks or so to follow up) So here I am with 4 kids in tow trying to redeem my vouchers but some kind of issue was coming up where the vouchers were not applicable or something like that and the trainee had to call over the manager. Honestly at that point I was mortified, these tickets are legit and I’m relying on them to take these kids out for a fun night. The manager then comes over and can’t seem to figure out the problem either… but she didn’t hesitate to override the problem and honour my coupons. She really made the situation not seem so awful and I really appreciate her for that. All of the staff were helpful and at no time did I feel like they were annoyed or impatient. It could have been a really expensive night for me if she had decided not to help. Shame on cineplex guest services though. Not only have they not send me my long overdue refund they also send me defective tickets.

We went to an early show tonight for the first time, typically we go to the later shows. The staff member we dealt with (Samantha) had a very poor attitude, could be a lack of training. The floor around our seats was sticky and so was the cup holder of my seat. The popcorn was terrible. Definitely switching locations. This location seemed to be great before covid..
D	Donatella Versace on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager threatened to call the police on me, my autistic teen, my best friend and my non-verbal autistic godson. My son and I were waiting in the lobby for my best friend and godson in the bathroom right after a Sunday night movie ended at 10:35. I was sitting at a table quietly typing on my phone and my son was sitting beside me not saying anything. Just sitting quietly. So I learned that the theater closed at the exact time the movie ended. The non-verbal teen always takes at least an hour to use the public bathroom on every outing. We can't force him to go faster or avoid the bathroom because he could literally soil his pants. So I was waiting for them in the lobby and had no idea the theater was closed. It was about 10:45 when the manager came up to us and barked to us get out because they were closed. Yet, a movie had started at 10 pm and people were still inside watching that movie. Naturally shocked, I explained why I was waiting and that my friend doesn't have a cell phone and I was her ride and to throw us out would result in unnecessary confusion for her and her son trying to find us in the parking lot. He got very agitated during our five minute conversation, he was shaking, he threatened to call the police on me and my son (who can barely talk) and I had to tell him to calm down numerous times. I have never experienced anything like that from a customer service perspective in 42 years. It was completely out of the blue, and absolutely shocking and unnecessary. More to come...
C	Chantelle Local Guide on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean and very lovely staff but what suck is that we can’t eat in due to COVID restrictions, but other then that it was awesome! God bless I went before it have closed due to the restrictions right now
