N	Natasha Rajiva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went for a movie today and there was not one usher in site or anyone to help. It took me 15 minutes to figure out that someone was sitting in our spot. My friend was pregnant and the lady just told her that well someone took my spot so you have to figure out where you guys will be seating. We found another spot but the people whose spot it was came there. It took us literally the entire first 30 minutes of the movie to figure out where we would be sitting. The manager had to finally come in and check where everyone was seated. Such a disaster. Why would you not have employees in there guiding and checking where everyone is to be seated. We should be getting a refund for This clearly but we didn’t even get an apology. Very poor customer service.
S	Sarah Samuels on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty clean to be honest, usually lots of people but if you get there early there’s little to no people there. Lines for snacks can take time so get there early. Parking is kind of a hassle because of the many people that come here. Washrooms are dirty full of popcorn. The sound is very clear.

She advised me to check for emails identifying a required update to my account or a potential issue. She was correct. My card had been compromised and when I found the email she got a manager to add the points from my previous purchase to my account. Excellent customer service. Thanks again Lynda
o	only human on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were the only ones in the theatre for sonic after a month. So glad they still had it showing after a month of being out. Assigned seating all the time in pandemic world is helpful in deciding to go out to movies again. Popcorn is always needed with my movies. Glad to see them serving!

As a result their food and drink stands were closed. We weren't even permitted water. It would have been a better experience if we ordered our film at home. I will likely not return until they have a somewhat normal end to end experience.
S	STEVEN MECHREK on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hey all. I've been coming to this location for about two years. Not the biggest but I found it to be cozy. I'm writing the review though because of one person. I went with the family on a Saturday night to watch Sonic. At the cash it was busy and I'm super happy to see that these days. Again the review is being written because of Lynda at cash. Order was taken easily with lots of noise all around from the crowd. She kept a smile on her face the whole time through and looked like she really enjoyed working there and kept complimenting the place. Cineplex should recognize employees like her. Respects her position and the place she works for. Lynda gave us that extra awesomeness for the night. Great job keep up the good work.

The games they have out in lobby are not cleaned and you can see popcorn and other stuff on and around it so sanitize your hands after playing those games. The auditoriums were comparatively cleaner thankGod.
