★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service I've ever had- was treated so nice when my boyfriend was with me buying a phone but when I went in alone I was treated like garbage. The employees mock you behind your back as your walking away/on "hold" and the manager is not professional at all. Dont waste your time going here. If I could I would have given zero stars!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First off the employees here are extremely rude & liars, they will promise warranties and refunds and when you ACTUALLY go to do this, they’re rude and give you attitude and say no one ever said that. If youre unlucky enough to be with koodo, go to WOW mobile and deal with the lovely staff there. Huge waste if time dealing with these bafoons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My phone had no service and I had tried everything that the Koodo website had suggested to fix it. Nothing worked. It was incredibly frustrating because everything was automated and would tell me that it "sent me a text" but since I had no phone service, I couldn't get the text. I finally went into Limeridge Mall knowing that those places are stores and don't usually do tech support, but I didn't have any other options. Jacob and Alex went above and beyond to find a way to fix my phone. They were friendly, explained everything, and worked together until they came up with a solution. The rest of Koodo's "customer service" was infuriating and ineffective. They would be wise to promote Jacob and Alex to do a complete overhaul in that department!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ray at this location is super friendly, helpful and kind. I've been with Koodo for years and always go to this location for service or a new phone. I had a problem with my brand new Motorola device and Ray got me another device no problem and was a pleasure to work with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service. I got a sim card at the shop, as I was waiting on one in the mail but needed asap. The service tech gave it to me no sweat, in and out in 5 minutes and no charge for the sim. Highly recommend if you are looking to switch to koodo, try these guys out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oliver Rodo is one of the most efficient, kind, considerate and knowledgeable people I have met. A superstar. Customer service is hard - you run into all sorts of characters and some are really hard to deal with. I am certain that Oliver does so with aplomb and kindness. Wonderful service!!!
On that note, I also have to a review for Megan Conway - also a superstar. While Oliver was assisting me, Megan had patience and compassion with a customer who was having difficulties organizing his thoughts. She thoughtfully guided him through to a successful transaction at the end, and smiled the whole time. Such kindness and compassion seems to be a rare and incredible trait to find these days. Megan and Oliver, you are awesome!!!!
