Definitely have stayed with Virgin Mobile as long as I have because of my experiences at this store. Hamid in particular has always been amazing to deal with! Thank you so much to a great team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The folks at virgin plus have been great for the last few months - however today, when I went in to upgrade my phone, the manager was an absolute gem. I work in limeridge, and had them transfer all my information over to the new phone & Luke, the manager even brought it to my store for me, despite them being just as busy as we were. I had a breeze of an experience & felt like a valued customer, with fantastic customer service. I’ve always appreciated the prices at virgin, but today was another show of how much better they are than the “big guys”. Customer service is a priority, head to virgin limeridge, they’re super helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After experiencing some issues with the web site we visited the Virginplus store in Limeridge Mall, Hamilton. We spoke with Aimen Shahzad and she was very helpful in explaining what our options were. We are very pleased with the level of service and attention that Aimen and her coworkers provided. We will definitely work them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service. They don't care about clients. I don't recommend this company to anyone. I am finishing my contract with them. I am just very disappointed.
I should receive a call from them and I am still waiting. They made me to go to a virgin plus branch for nothing, I consider that a way to laugh of me. I have a bad internet service in différents places inside Montreal. They are not gonna doubt in charge your bill with some money, so please check your bills before paying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just a horrible company when you're looking for customer service. They messed up my billing their service isn't that great. When I ported my numbers over to another provider I had all these additional charges. When I didn't pay my bill they called me incessantly. If they put that much effort into customer service as Bill collectment they have a better company. They continue to charge me $79 a month after I canceled my account. I would never go back to this company and I would highly recommend not to open account.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was contemplating an early upgrade and a switch back from Android to Apple. I went in a few times and asked questions while thinking about whether or not I was going to and finally decided to upgrade. Melissa was the customer service rep who dealt with me for every visit including the day I upgraded, and she was awesome. Extremely helpful and polite. And considering I am not the most tech savvy, she did a great job making sure I walked out with my new phone and a smile on my face.
