My mom needed an outfit for my son's wedding and we stopped in here . Really lovely staff and some great clothes .Mom got a lovely outfit and with the sale they had going on , value was amazing .

To the lady named Sue (at the limeridge mall Hamilton) that helped me with my dress and bling, THANK YOU, I have a scar on my back I'm so self conscious about and you made me feel like a million bucks helping me and not being judgemental like some other stores did. Cleo's is lucky to have such an amazing sales rep! I will definitely be back again for more clothing and bling.. thank you again!

My wife had bought a nice top from Cleo's. She really liked it but the first time she wore it, the seam came apart right down the front. The stitching did not catch the material well enough. So she took it back to the store. Sorry for the trouble. We'll get you another one. They didn't have one in the right size and colour at that store but they could get it from another store. Unfortunately, their apology is a bit shallow as she had to pay the shipping charge from the other store. The charge was not much but the principle of it all rankles us. If she wanted some clothing from another store, yes she should pay the shipping. But when the product was faulty and not up to standard, the customer should have to pay for the cost of shipping. NOT HAPPY with this Store Policy. The store manager was nice about it but told her- you should contact customer service. Well - that's not very good customer service.

Cleo I am so disappointed in your loyalty to your workers who discriminate and lie. See image I purchased two sweaters from same brand. The darker color one that I wore stretched out. I thought I should return the other one because I did not think it was a good quality brand sweater. this store said the brand new sweater that was not worn was stretched. I talked to and I emailed customer service who are absolutely rude and did not even want to consider or look at my sweaters or my receipts.they were only interested in loyalty to their workers. I usually have good experience with the Cleo's that I shop. This was my first return and it was a bad experience I still have the sweater in a bag. I want to let shoppers know. And I hope Cleo reads this and sees the difference clearly between the two sweaters. The one that is worn and the one that should have been able to be returned that was not worn. Complete discrimination.

They have 25% off on everything so it helps. Bought lot of clothes. Customer service is good
