All were delivered inside the half hour Window given, with no delivery dents or scratches. The delivery men placed everything where we wanted and cleaned up all wrapping debris. Outstanding quality furniture and excellent service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have purchased several items from this family business for our home and we've also sent a number of friends to the store. We're always amazed at the selection and fair pricing. They don't seem to get caught up in the game of increasing prices and then having a "sale". They keep it simple and have great pricing all the time. Obviously they know how to buy great stuff from suppliers. More recently I wanted some unique pieces for my new office which are going to look great in our client-centric space! Thanks HHF.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It seems that the salespersons in this store don't care about their clients and the prices are more expensive than those of their competitors. Visited this store today to estimate how much a bedroom set will cost me. I already had the estimation for the same set from the same manufacture from another store. The HLHF salesperson gave me higher prices (the bed alone costs $529 more) and when I showed her the estimate from one of their competitors and asked if they could match prices, the answer was no. I always thought any profit is better than zero profit. Oh boy, I was wrong... The price tag for the full set I'm looking to buy is around $10k. Check the prices around before you spend your money at this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was polite, but they didn't carry power reclining sofas. Although they did have nice furniture, I found the lighting in the store somewhat poor and the store was very dark. Shame that the lighting wasn't better.
