★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is so amazing!! They have....a little of almost everything!!! I've been there twice now, and it's so well run. Nicely organized, friendly, and knowledgable staff. It's such a nice warm inviting feeling in this store. I love it and will be a customer for years!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place for beads. So many beads. More beads than you can fathom. Set a budget, free up some time for looking around - cause you'll need it. Be prepared to want to buy more than you are probably setting out to pick up. The woman who runs the place is pleasant and informative and I could easily have stayed there for an extended period of time chatting and buying more.
Not just beads, precious stones, stringing supplies and more.
It is in the corner of a series of other stores, so look for it, if you're nearby, and definitely stop in for a browse.
I am looking forward to going back one day soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really do love this store! I had just started going here and I’m coming from Oakville so it’s fairly close. They have a good selection, fair prices and the first time I went I was greeted by a very nice lady I forget her name but she was extremely helpful very chatty and made me feel very comfortable I had a great first experience!! So great that I was excited to come back .. so a few days ago I came back and the lady there (different lady) was so rude ! Very un helpful and made me very uncomfortable to the point I wanted to drop my stuff and leave, there were a few items I didn’t end up getting like some of the chains because she was getting snappy .. I didn’t feel welcomed in the store and someone with anxiety this was hard for me already, I just wanted to get out of there ASAP !! Like I said I really do love this store I have spent a lot of money there but as of right now I am disappointed with the way I was treated and how I felt leaving the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very impressed -- very new to this art form. Went in with a materials list and a colour plan and was given help in finding the required beads. The store was short three vials of one of the beads but called the other store and they found the goods and agreed to ship it to me. When the goods didn't arrive I called the store. Although it was not the person I had dealt with the individual tracked down the beads and had them shipped -- but what was really amazing was that I was called to see if I had received the beads....that is customer service.
