T	T S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unhappy about my shopping experience today …. I was in for scrub mommy’s and I couldn’t find any so I got a scrub daddy instead. It was very busy on the floor and cash so I decided to ask the lady at the cashier if there was any scrub mommy’s in the back. This woman she was very rude to me , super short tempered and blaming me for asking her if any was available. I’m sorry? But there was nobody on the floor to ask. Isn’t that your job to help the customer? Unbelievable. I’ve never had this happen to me before and won’t be returning I’ll do my shopping at bed bath and beyond instead. Once she “handed “ ( I wouldn’t even call it that) me my receipt she attached a $10 coupon and said “ I’ve attached this 10 off coupon you can read what it means on the back” Clerk number 57027JW as I couldn’t grab her name. Very disappointed.

I got some glass food containers as a really reasonable price along with some other things I didn't plan to buy but left with anyways like a new spatula, reusable produce bags and a new insulated water bottle.
F	Fizza Raza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I shopped here recently and my experience was not pleasant. When i walked in, one of the employees was staring at me and she didnt look too pleased. She did not greet us not even when checking out. I felt very uncomfortable, it felt like she was racist against my family. Her attitude was very awkward. Im never shopping at this location again. After reading some of the reviews it seems like im not the only person who got a racist attitude and vibe from the employees. If you are a person with color, i would avoid this location.
F	F Stan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a lovely store as long as you buy from them, but god help you if something you buy has to be returned. I bought a culinary Crème Brule torch. It was very hard to operate and I could not get to work for me, so I took it back with in less than a week. The manager went asked her staff how to operate. She came back and with her big nails using both hands turned it on a few times to tell me it worked. She encouraged me to do it. I did try and it broke my thumb nail as the metal safety nob was metal and I had to hold on to it to pull it down each time I used the trigger. I said it was hard for me to use and I needed to be able to operate it with one hand ( I have had 2 in another city which I use for art all the time with no problem. ) They did not take it back. I was going to buy another brand from them. I threw it out and bought one from Canadian Tire which is easy to use. My last two bills at this store were almost 800 dollars . They lost me as a customer. Bad customer service. Buyers beware.

Every question was followed by a sigh n an eye roll. I wish your business the best of luck, specially with such amazing employees!
D	Doug Tooley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second visit. Decent selection, although didn't carry a few kitchen items we were looking for, despite being the right type of store to find them in. Quality of goods varied, trending towards the middle. I'm happy to have them near us.
