Terrible customer service skills. this was my first and will be my last time visiting and using Bath depot branch in Oakville/Burlington. the manager, was so rude at the phone this am when someone from my office called to inquire if our order was ready for pick up, and it was, they were suppose to call to let me know my order arrived few days ago to the store, then I went to pick it up myself and the gentleman was rude again, they open the side doors and just left the boxes of a shower against the outside wall not even offering a kind hand to put them in my truck, fortunately I had someone else with me. Terrible experience I don’t write many reviews but this one has to be written for future customers. Service is terrible they have stores located in Ontario but they can’t help with any issues it’s all online. I had been given a Deficient door for a vanity for my moms bathroom and also was missing screws for the hinges. I followed all of bath depot protocols and didn’t receive any feedback from almost three weeks called their customer service line in Quebec rudiest representative I’ve had spoken to ever. Never let me properly explain my situation kept stopping me from further explaining and then began to question me about the loss screws & the damage to the door. It’s childish. Honestly spend your money at Lowe’s Home Depot or other stores don’t waste your time and money at this sloppy shop.

We are still in shock after such an awful experience in this location (August 3rd 2021) .... an unbelievable one! For a bathroom renovation, we needed to buy/order couple items. when we explained what we need, salesperson showed us few items and re timeline/availability, she stated any of those items will take couple of weeks, late August to Early September to arrive. When we said that is too long for us and we should try other stores (we already knew many stores have them in stock), surprisingly she said (her exact words) : You thought it's bread & butter? Do you think it's grocery store? in a complete shock, we asked for her name (I have it with her own handwritten) and just left the store to avoid anything uglier.

Nabeel and his team have been awesome, very helpful, honest and upfront about delays in shipping and receiving the various products. They communicated very well on when we would receive the various products as it was staggered. This was very helpful to us to coordinate with our contractor. Overall a great experience and would recommend this location. Also customers- future, past or present- keep in mind delays in shipping and logistics is not the fault of the store. Additionally staffing in any retail place has been a big challenge- so if the store seems short staffed they are not doing this because they are trying to schedule less people- they might just not have enough people. So please be patient, be nice and as the saying goes you can get more bees with honey.and not with vinegar.

We were there today (Saturday Feb 4 @4pm). One of the lady (Short hair) was extremely rude we were ready to place and order but we need some clarification as the product I'm the picture was different of the the one ono display. She was rude and disrespectful.

I pre-ordered a vanity online that was showing back in stock in March 14th and now they tell me that it might come first week of April, but their website shows already in stock and ready to ship (so deceiving) and the communication in this store is horrible. I just called the Burloak branch to ask for information about my order as I have not received any update and the guy was so RUDE, zero manners and hung up on me!!! How can you hire such people in your stores! I was excited about the product but this customer experience makes me want to cancel my order before getting my product and buy all the things for renovating my bathrooms elsewhere. People buy from people! it is important to keep people that are nice and helpful. Pay more attention to your in store reps specially if they are answering the phone! Never buying from here again!! worst experience ever!

Poor quality products. Bought a bathroom vanity and sink. The vanity is fine, but the sink is extremely low quality. The middle hole is not perfectly round, so you'll have issues installing your drain and will forever leak. Do yourself a favour and purchase your reno needs from a store with better quality. Quite disappointed.

Brutal communication. First of all the faucet I purchased was originally supposed to be in back at the end of January. When the rest of my order was picked up I was then told it was coming end of February or early March. They tried to tell me that was always the case. Next, the vanity didn't come assembled and they assumed I knew this would be the case. How an I supposed to know this without someone telling me? Now my contractor wants way more for the install, or I have to build it myself. It's been very frustrating. I don't recommend. Better off going to Lowe's or home Depot.
