★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a scam. When I purchased the gift card they did not ask me for confirmation and I do not have proof anymore. It suddenly made the transaction go through even when it did not ask me for confirmation. I do not remember clicking it and would remember if shown. Refund this asap please Paypal team. Gift cards from there are non refundable and a scam!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for horrendous customer service by an arrogant store manager (Vito Orlando), this is the place for you. After buying a dining room table and chairs, I received a call from Vito demanding that we picked up two of the chairs because they were taking too much space in his store. He would not listen to reason and decided to offer his version of a great customer experience. Avoid at all costs while Vito is still the store manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Urban barn has really nice stuff and the staff is helpful when you are looking to buy something. BUT…..once you place an order the customer service goes down the drain. I’ve called several times to see where my order is (it’s been over 10 weeks) the staff is rude, dismissive, and not helpful at all. Lisa, in particular is very rude. Will not shop this location again!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beth Hudson is simply amazing!! My fiancé and I were designing our new living room from scratch and would’ve stayed clueless without Beth. She shared her expert suggestions and spent hours helping us choose fabrics/proportions and we are blown away by her kindness and patience. We were so picky and obsessively detailed and asked a million questions but she always welcomed them with smiles and laughter. We ended up getting the whole living room plus our custom bed from this urban barn and we are sooo excited with our picks. Thank you so much Beth!!! We will be back :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We passed by the Burloak store the other day to look at a few items of interest. We were pleasantly greeted by Mark and he asked what our interests were for our visit. We expressed what we were looking for and Mark toured us around the store and pointed out some lovely items that would compliment our home with some additional suggestions that were fantastic!
Thank you for your help Mark, it was a pleasure spending some time with you and looking forward to going back to the store to purchase those additional items you happily suggested!
Very pleased with our experience and found the Staff at the Burloak location wonderful!

Beth Hudson was extremely helpful and friendly, and took the time and care needed to put together I look that we would love. Her keen eye for colour led us to a fabric for custom Loden chairs that matches our living room perfectly. Thank you Beth! We are now big fans of Urban Barn - the quality furnishings and decorative touches as well as the modern rustic look of what we found here. We will be definitely be returning.
