Very poor billing practices - received a surprise bill in the mail 5 months later even though they spoke with my insurance company and said everything would be covered. Apparently they were dealing with significant issues and inconsistencies in their billing and information system, largely due to staff errors. Had to argue numerous charges with them 5 months later. Sending a bill in the mail without contacting patients directly is highly impersonal. Paid a discounted bill in the end but will not be returning to this clinic as their communication and organizational skills are sub-par compared to other dental clinics.

It is always easy to book an appointment, the staff are extremely friendly, they are on time, make you feel at ease and the doctor is kind and skilled. I had a cavity filled and it was a quick and relatively comfortable experience.
The office is super clean and I feel safe and well taken care of!
