Very professional service and friendly. I own couple of vehicles. This is the third time in this branch in two months. Amazing staffs. Specially one gentleman I don't know his name- south Asian (srilankan) was so friendly and professional. Also another girl in the office name Samar was extremely helpful. I always prefer to serve by her . I am highly recommending this location for anyone need friendly service.

ZERO STAR!This office staffs are so rude !They are discriminate! There is a man is so rude! He terrorized to customer ! If the man is manager ,he never to ask and help customers to solve the problem ,but to threaten customer ! He is not qualified to be a manager!He is a trouble ! Canada is a peaceful and helpful country ,as a government department’s manager ,use you strong right to discriminate and threaten customer ! First of all , I took all the proofs :driver license ,health card ,credit card and other all the certificates !Why you ask more ,You're just being unreasonable!You purposely make difficulties for me! You irritate customer and argue irrationally ,and didn’t do the services at all! In the Covid-19 period ,the government can do more jobs service all the People ,however your location office’s staffs give more trouble to customers,and internationally threaten customer ,who give you the rights??There is no humanity in what you do! Your location staff shouldn’t think how to provide the convenience for customers,but give the customers all the troubles!First of all,I took the all proof the government needed !That is your problems !Don't be so sophistical ! Then I go to another office ,that location’s staffs are so kind ! Only several minutes to finished !Everything is going so well ! Why the other location office can do the service well,and I took the same proofs,but your location office makes more troubles,the manager is so strong attitude,and threaten customer ,who give you the right ? And look at your location office’s problems,then think about yourself faults instead of asking others! You are all find more excuses !Why is customer be angry ??You didn't know that was on purpose, did you??For safe ??deceive oneself as well as others! This is my first review give your office !!

Very friendly place. The person who guides you at the door is very friendly and patient. The lady who handles it is also very friendly. Even on Saturday, there are still many people, but the place is very small. I hope everyone should wear masks and keep a safe distance.

Came in when it opened. Was surprised not to see a big line. Was in there for 5 minutes and got everything I needed done. Very fast and the employees were very nice

They have simplified their processes so much that it was easy to renew health card and update my license registration. First time I walked out with a smile on my face. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful

Arrived with over an hour until close, door locked and poster on door that said appointments were preferred but walk-ins are accepted. Employee unlocks door asks if we have an appointment, upon hearing we didn't then asked what we were there for. We told her, she went back in (locked door again) and then came back to say we couldn't come in! We explained we were happy to wait but were told no. Absolutely, terrible service and attitude. Drove to the Fairview location, no lock on door, no poster on door, walked right in and was helped immediately. I am not sure what the issue is at the Brant location but they need some work on their customer service and attitude.
