They have been sitting on my fiancées application for over a year now. No update of any kind. No number to contact them to try and speak to an agent. Garbage system! Do yourselves a favour and just smuggle your loved ones in. These clowns are a joke.

I don’t know why you guys need more than 5 month to issue a travel document !? Trying to call , but as usual nobody will pick up the phone or call back , never seen any business with the bad rate like you guys do have .

Very bad services…! Lots of things to say bt they really don’t care what people are facing and going through..! Garbage services in world..! Bt still government won’t do anything. They don’t wanna clear their backlog n calling people and publishing news saying they are speeding up their procedure really FOR REAL..!! I would advice government and head of IRCC that look into ur services and don’t trouble people..! They don’t even deserve 1 star..!

Perfect, just perfect. I would give ZERO star if google providing the option. Do you understand how hard an immigration life can be? With your EXCELLENT service, everyone could be mad! MAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAD! Even just the first step, the online application made my wife and me waited for 11 weeks and still waiting! How fast you are! And what they said? They always say, "thank you for your patience" Oh yeah right! Well thank you, too, for YOUR doing nothing but only the same email with careless excuse! Thank you and goodbye, God bless you IRCC! I'm moving to Australia!

I have lived and worked in 6 countries but never experienced such a mess. I want to thank IRCC because of them, we were not able to see our families in Germany for 2 years. Furthermore, we were not able to go to Germany for Christmas, so I could have had the chance to say Goodbye to my mother in person. And a big THANK YOU for not issuing my PR Card on time, so I had to miss my mother's burial as well. Everyone in IRCC who is involved in our case: Be very proud of yourself! Do you guys ever put yourself in place of the applicants?! How would you feel?! I bet you would complain big times!!! Thanks for losing my digital fingerprints and photo, screwing up our address, saying that our medical exams will be extended and four weeks later they want new ones. Thanks for not being with OHIP for 2 months in Autumn. Thanks for not caring a bit. Thanks for blaming us for your mistakes and glitches in the system. I got in touch with our MP two weeks again... They called IRCC. Guess what... They said that they didn't issue my PR Card, because we "never" uploaded my picture. WE SEE THE PICTURE uploaded in the system... It is there! Thanks for not issuing my PR Card, even though it was finally flagged as urgent. Last week, I spoke with the MP's office again and IRCC said: "No need to rush because the funeral has happened already and no need to prioritize this case because IRCC never did something wrong. Moreover, I should *shut my mouth* and wait more." Really?! Those bureaucrats are responsible that I was not able to see my family for two years. That I was not able to say goodbye to my mother and they are responsible that I could not attend my mother's funeral. Thank you! Well done! Madness of bureaucracy at its best!

My girlfriend’s PR was approved 5 months ago. Why does it take so long to mail the PR card? She’s basically stuck until she gets the card. No information given on what is taking so long. We’ve had to cancel travel plans to visit her family for the first time in 3 years. Pathetic service. You can’t even call or visit anywhere to get any information. They just say they can’t take your call and you can visit by appointment only. Worst service I have ever seen in my life. They’re a joke and should be ashamed of themselves.
