We selected our mattress with add on extras and had a good experience with Tony, our Brick salesperson. Tony knows all about the various products and was very helpful in helping us make the decision to purchase.
A	Alan Saunders on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID! I can't express how terrible our experience was and how much you need to avoid this mattress store. The manager Tony made the biggest mistakes on the first day we were there to order the mattress. We were doing a warranty exchange and he gave us the wrong mattress bag to pack up the old mattress (a twin bag when we have a king bed) and booked us for the wrong delivery date . Then we had weeks of back and forth where they scheduled delivery when the mattress wasn't even in stock but they were going to come pick up the old one anyways. They were also unprofessional and borderline disrespectful at times. Store has poor selection and even worse customer service. Go somewhere else!

Thanks a lot for the waste of time staff very unfriendly. Meher forgot to mention that my couches were never going to come and forgot that I ordered from her saying they should have told you the date is unknown when the sofas will come.

Highly recommend anyone reaching out to him if you need anything from the brick. He understood my needs and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. There was a mishap with the delivery (just a misunderstanding) and George was able to fix it for me! Great customer service. Will return to him for future items.
