Rice quality is very bad and looks like while sitting on heat rice are so hard to chew.
Sorry to say quskity is very poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i love mucho burrito but this is by far the worst one i have been too. i used to come here al the time but most recently consistently disappointed. they never have the veggie beyond meat, limit you on number of toppings, stingy with the amount they put compared to other locations and my burrito is so bland - just tastes like rice and veggies. they were supposed to out veggie crumble and forgot-i realized when i got home. the other locations are much better avoid this one

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the greatest burrito in my life. All the flavorings were great and it was well mixed. The rice was sadly undercooked. But the staff were nice, explaining of things and expert rollers. They were knowledgeable about food allergens. I love all the different sizes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered my favourite Barbacoa bowl and it was delicious. Rice with black beans, pulled beef, corn, beans, pico de Gallo with sour cream, chipotle sauce for a kick and guacamole to top it off. My bowl was very filling and tasty.
Quinoa is available for a lower carb dish and lots of veggies as option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this place today and the air conditioner was not turned on intentionally. It was extremely hot today & when I was expecting to enjoy my food in the restaurant, I couldn’t sit inside because of the heat & I was completely sweating and had to grab my food and eat in the car. I am highly disappointed with this kind of atmosphere. Please review!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst location of Mucho Burrito I have been to! We had to wait more than 25 minutes to finally be able to order because store was understaffed. There was only 1 employee managing the whole store. I brought this to her attention. Why isn't there anyone else working with her because clearly she needed help. The employee mentioned it was the store policy to have only 1 employee. This is obviously the decision of the Franchise Owner trying to manage a whole store front with the least amount of employees. This is not fair for the employee.
When we were picking our toppings for our Bowls, she then told us I couldn't choose any more toppings because they have a "policy" max of 4 toppings. I told her the bowl was barely halfway full, because I have been to many Mucho Burrito, and it was unacceptable that nowhere does it state there is a limit on toppings.
I would never give my business to this Franchise Location again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mucho burrito in general is awesome… this particular location is one of the worst… here is what an $11 bowl gets you at this location … smallest of the portions and moreover the person asked me to select 4 toppings only … never knew that was a thing!!
