D	Daniella Maylor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and medium fries through skipthedishes and the meat on my burger was RAW. I called the restaurant to inform them and the lady on the phone was ZERO help. She clearly doesn’t know how to cook because when I told her that the burger meat was pink she seemed utterly confused by my statement. Then when I explained that’s it’s not cooked, all she told me was that I need to complain to skipthedishes as she can’t do anything on her end. Not a single care or concern came from that lady as she didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience of getting FOOD POISONING! I’ll never be going back to this location
B	Bill Ahmed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a spicy chicken combo with a Dave's classic single on the side. The person who took the order did not confirm the order nor did she ask if I wanted a S/M/L. Brought the items home to find out that I received a homestyle chicken sandwich which was not cooked properly which I did not want and a spicy chicken sandwich, ate one of the sandwiches and threw the other one away, what a waste of money. Wendy's Erin Mills Town Centre is way better!

This restaurant is located in the same building as Tim Hortons on the south west corner of Britannia Rd W and Hurontario St (plus south of Hwy 401). Parking can be crazy at times since there are 2 drive-thru services here; one for Wendy’s and a different one for Tim Hortons. Keep alert as everyone seems to be racing to a fire somewhere! Seating and restrooms are jointly shared. Order placement and fulfillment was quick and courteous.

The staff was friendly and efficient, they were more than happy to explain the new breakfast items. The quality and taste makes any of the offerings at the attached Tim Horton's irrelevant.
