While waiting in line to place my order I noticed a bun on display next to the vegetables that was covered in mould. The clerk said it’s gluten free but that doesn’t explain having mould on display like that. Will never go back to this location!

NO INGREDIENTS placed on sub even though I asked for more. Did NOT cut my sandwich fully in half and so it fell apart. WARNING: Charging FULL price (751ml) for 500ml bottles. Also....they really dont speak English, so if you only speak English id suggest DEFINITELY avoiding them.

I know he's following protocols of how to make sandwiches, so I can't blame him at all. The bread was soggy, lacked flavor and just horrible. Tried the grilled cheese and bacon, never again! It tasted like bread with a hint of bacon. Did not see or taste cheese in it at all. The tables were dirty, trash over filled which was due to only having one person working. Will not return here.

My regular orders are 6-inch subs and a dozen of their cookies. Well, to be honest, sometimes I take 2 dozen. In my defense, the food is very tasty and who doesn't love cookies? The customer service is always exceptional. The ladies always greet me with a smile on their faces and help me with whatever I come to purchase. Thank you Team. You guys are wonderful. I'll see you again when I come for the cookies!
