Ordered food (Malai Kofta and Kadai Paneer) directly and went for pickup today. Quite disappointed and hope the management will improve following things: 1. Food quality was average today (kofta was very hard so bad in fact). Two large portion costed $34 and not at all value for money. I am very disappointed both with quality and quantity of foods. The sad point is that I ordered for guest and was feeling little ashamed. 2. Quite understaffed (especially front desk). The girl was taking order, attending phone order, complying online orders, checking vaccination status of dining guests etc. She did her best to manage everything but she can not do everything.

Honestly I don’t like to bad review any business unless it’s really Bad. From last few times I was still giving them tge benifit of doubt due to lockdown n stuff but not anymore. It’s the high time if they can improve . Today I ordered the Dosa for me n my Mom. After 40 min they delivered only one Doda with stale sambhar . And when I complaint to the Server she goes / No Mam it’s fresh . I asked to if I can talk to the manager . Manager was nice enough to take it back and changed it . We were waiting for our second order but it didn’t arrived for another 25 min and we have to cancel it at last because it was already more then an hour for us to wait . You guys are in Service industry means good service is the only key . We all are going through a hard time due to Lockdown n stuff but doesn’t mean that you charge arm n leg but serve terrible food. Please do train your staff . They all are newbies but don’t forget they are the one who is interacting with your customers so should be highly trained. Bathrooms are not clean . Hand dryer is not working and there was no hand towels at place . Bar section feels like you are sitting in a third grade restaurant. I really don’t understand where the spark has gone ? I am really hoping that the management can consider all the Negative reviews and take all the steps to improve the quality of Kwality . Thanks
D	Dinesh Kd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited with 5 of my friends after 2 years as their buffet was off due to covid. Great Ambienece and all the meat is tender and cooked to perfection. Took that 1 star off as there is not a single spicy dish available. Good food for most people.

Taste has changed compared to before. Curries were watery. One curry was salty. They have the same options in curries . Nothing new. I complained two times but no change. Service got improved than last time but food is not worth paying. I was keep suggesting people about this but i am not going to come here again after this experience. Tried to talk with owner but nothing happened. BIG NO SORRY.??

Salad guy was I think on vocations but other then that food was good, clean environment, perfect for cleanliness, not sure what it’s but most of the buffet Resturant are filling your Glass of water regularly ah maybe they think you will drink more and eat less. Again desert was perfect as I said fresh fruit was Limited in options but rest was perfect. 2 kids 2 adults $ 103 plus I give them 20% tip that they continue to make our lives better in these Covid situations. Just add more fruit options keep it up.

Nicely decorated and well organized. It’s a must stop for chat lovers as their pani puri is amazing. All in all good experience and worth trying again.
