โ โ โ โ โ I was looking for 4x4 lumber all over the place. There appears to be a shortage either because of the time of year or due to covid. I went to a couple common stores but this Rona was the only place that had it. It has a big lumber yard that you can drive your truck into. The best part of this visit was the people. Mark the Lumber yard boss was incredibly helpful! When he saw that I didn't like the selection of wood on the bottom rail, he took the forklift and proceeded to get me the unopened wood on the top shelf! That's amazing service! We then talked about cooking salmon on cedar wood which was a great conversation! Best visit to Rona by far!

Wish they did some basic after sales requests in house though, like making holes for a door or painting. Would be great to have that as a service!

โ โ โ โ โ My husband and I bought a patio egg-style chair and tried to get the box into our JEEP Grand Cherokee but the box was just an inch too big.
3 staff members assisted us with ideas and the chair is home safe and sound.
The team ( including manager Robert) on Saturday April 9, 2021 at 1:10 in the afternoon went above and beyond. They were polite, excessively helpful and happy that we were so happy. Kudos to this team!
