โ โ โ โ โ Fantastic service and troubleshooting! I highly recommend this company! After a contractor botched my patio, leaving me with a number of broken stones, Frank and Connie came to the rescue and worked with the local Oaks product rep to help revolve the issue. They have the relationships and knowledge and great customer service!

โ โ โ โ โ Amazing fast and professional and friendly service! I have tried 3 other suppliers before I found this little GEM in my neighborhood!
I stayed in Long line up (due to Covid) + Quoted and purchased same items-Over Priced for every single items I have asked....till I found the Academy Stone!!!
Same Material in a reasonable price and amazing service.
Do not waste your Time and Money going elsewhere.
They are my first and last choice if I need anything in this field.
Like to THANK Connie and Frank for just being AMAZING!

โ โ โ โ โ HIGHLY do not recommend! Unprofessional, rude, and arrogant business owner. Frank arrived at my home to drop off an order of aggregate stone. I advised where to place the stone which was 2 yards on my neighbour's driveway and 1 yard on mine. He immediately said 'NO' and said 'it doesn't work like that'. I advised him that I made the request directly with Connie whom handles the calls/orders, that it was a single invoice with 2 delivery addresses. He immediately became defensive and interrupted. He stated he would have to go back to the yard and pick up another load and come back and charge me twice for delivery even though I had already paid for delivery and confirmed that it was a single order with 2 addresses next door to each other. He actually did not even pick up all 3 yards even though it was a single order which was an error on his part.
He refused to listen, was not considerate, and was unwilling to acknowledge that perhaps it was their internal miscommunication. Instead, it was all about how I was wrong and he insisted on charging me twice. I told him that I would call the office to get the matter clarified in which he SHOUTED 'I am the office' since he is the business owner. I called the office back immediately and Connie apologized on his behalf and said my order was in fact correctly processed and this should not have occurred. I even offered the opportunity for Frank to make this right to which I received a call back later from Connie stating they will process a refund (and no apology from Frank).
I have never experienced such a blatant disregard for customer service. I absolutely would not suggest doing business with this establishment if this is how customers are treated by the owner.
