★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST EXPERIENCE! ABSOULTE JOKE
Let me start by saying, I have been a long time customer for many years and long time renter of Boulders machines.
This year they made some changes and for the worst.
I paid for my order over phone and gave credit card number. Days later noticed I was also charged for someone else order(over 1000$). Meaning they do not dispose of your numbers you give them for your credit card, bad practice people. Not to mention they would have never told me, so that was unsettling.
Recently I was informed they were holding interlocking for me from previous jobs. When I called back I talked to the owner Stephanie.
I have never been talked down to in my life like she did. I was told to pack up and go somewhere else, and do not ask about credits!? I was told by stone yard it was mine in the first place with my company name labelled on it saying paid. I was not searching for credits or handouts.
Now I'm left being told my stone is back in their inventory to be sold to some other client. So I have no paper work to back this as it was years ago I purchased it and I am left with them saying we don't care about your business. She also said F*** to me a couple times too which was completely unnecessary.

Long story short. Dealing with Marinda a few times. Rough and rude.
Very unprofessional and uncaring.. Sad. I don't want to engage in any confrontation as I don't believe any coaching will help here; but I pray she gets some humility. Heard from others that the rest of the staff are no better.
Prices are way higher than most competitors eg. Aggregate materials are HALF their prices. They won't match competitors on stone. Delivery charges are insane!!.
Please don't shopping there. While I support local business, but I suggest to avoid arrogance and entitlement if you can.

They were patient during my decision making process, and they went above and beyond to make sure my choices were available and would look great with my design. They made quite a few calls to make my design happen for me. I would recommend Boulder, hands down!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't say enough about the positive experiences I have had in the last 2-3 weeks dealing with Boulders for my home stonework/landscaping project with my chosen contractor! I have met both owners, Stephanie and Alan (and Robert in the materials yard), and they are all incredibly helpful, understanding and accommodating to a homeowner who doesn't often have to pick interlock pavers, wall material, flagstone, etc. - and who therefore doesn't know what he is talking about! I have had to change my mind or get clarification/advice on a number of issues, and Boulders has delivered excellent customer service. I would recommend Boulders to anyone needing their landscape supply services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Given that every landscape supplier within half hour drive of home had little or no time for me and my small order, I wasn't expecting much from the 6th company. Was I ever wrong!! From the very first call, Miranda was helpful and accommodating, even when I changed my plan! Professional, respectful and very helpful - a great company with excellent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a very pleasant experience with Boulder Landscaping. Shout out to Andrew and Hudson , who were both polite young men to deal with. Delivery charges were quite reasonable and the delivery was as promised! Will definitely recommend this business to friends and family.

They carry a wide range of items (interlocking stone, natural flagstone, natural stone steps, armour stone boulders, aggregates and soils, composite decking, cedar, landscaping lighting, astro-turf, machine rentals and more! They are there to service the Customer and are friendly and accommodating while doing so. Definitely check out this one stop shop!!!
