★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to deal with an older guy he was very friendly and helpful. last last 2 times I spoke to a younger guy who was interested, looked like he did not want to be there. kept repeating same answer like broken record. he was looking away from me as if he wants to say why are you here. They are experienced and prices are okay, buy why buy from here?

Picked it up, by the young guy who was very nice and helpful, I thought Chris was a really nice
guy. Also talked to the "old guy", great people, professional and honest. Got my baby back and
she looks ands works like brand new and it didn't break the bank. Would recommend highly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased the house brand "Come Clean With Us" central vacuum unit. The unit performs better than expected - very quiet and powerful.
The hose I purchased ended up getting a small tear in it...I was able to return the damaged hose and was given a brand new replacement hose, no questions asked.
My experience with Oakville Vacuum was very positive and I would recommend others to deal with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service and products but hours vary greatly despite what the phone message says. Showed up at 4pm on Saturday and lights were out. Called at 4:45 and 5 pm on Friday and no answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We brought our vacuum in to have the plug replaced. We had tried to DIY and it didn't last long so I decided to let the professionals do it. I was initially perturbed as it was promised mid week and when I called they said they were still waiting for the part to come in. They did call me a couple of days later and when I picked it up, they charged me half of what they originally quoted. The job was done perfectly and I wouldn't hesitate to go back in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed a repair of a 30 year old Beam vacuum hose and not sure if I needed to buy a new one. I walked in and the gentleman who served me said "this is an easy fix". He promptly fixed the hose in about 5 minutes and said the magic words, "no charge"! It made my day :). Great service and not trying to oversell on what turned out to be a minor fix/service job. You don't get that kind of treatment a lot these days. Thank you Oakville Vacuum.
