★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've known Canadian Sound and Steve B for many years since their humble beginnings prior to them moving to Oakville. Steve set me up back then with my very first component AV system. Despite me just starting my career, he recommended to me quality equipment for my budget. And that's how it all started! Canadian Sound was there when the large public company I was working for required a high tech boardroom. They set up my system when my family moved into our very first home. And most recently, Canadian Sound just did my entertainment system in our pied a terre. Canadian Sound is very knowledgeable and up to date with the latest of technology, very understanding of the situation and their customer, and very professional from sales to installation. I trust them and that's why I'm a loyal customer.

They answered all of our questions, took their time with us/didn't rush us, showed up on time to do the install, and we didn't feel pressured by any of their recommendations. They are very knowledgeable, competent and reliable.

I talked to Steve and exchanged a few text messages and photos of the issue. Within 24hrs Steve had a solution for me and his team was able to jump on it quickly. My home theatre is now working perfectly thanks to Canadian Sound! 100% recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Canadian Sound is great from their professional, knowledgeable techs (with incredible tenure with the company) to their ability to design and suggest the right equipment. We have used Steve and the team for years, and we just moved with an entire set-up required. Steve and Greg made our new (and much smaller) home even better than with their thoughts on how to address - TV, Apple, music, remotes and integrations. We even used them for our work/school needs with improved wifi and connectivity through the house and yard. I highly recommend Canadian Sound for not only TV entertainment and other streaming needs, but but also for internet, security features requiring technology. First rate and we continue to be clients of Canadian Sound.

I was given practical options with no over-sell. In fact, there were things I thought I wanted that I was told would be a waste of money. The techs doing the installation were clean, polite and respectful. They got everything done on time and with no mess, even removing all the replaced components and boxes. I highly recommend Canadian Sound for your home theatre and home automation requirements.
