★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. My burrito bowl was filled with 3 huge blocks of lettuce ends, to make it look full. Who eats blocks of lettuce ends. Disappointing quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not as good as it used to be. Skip the dishes and uber have really ruined the take out experience. I made my order and 3 people behind me as well. Then 4 of us sat and watched as order after order was made for skip and uber while ours sat waiting for either toppings or meat or even just for the staff to put it in a bag. I grab naked burritos as they a generally faster. I still waited for about 20 to 25 min. I took the time to walk in and order not use an app. There should be a bit more respect for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just picked up my order from this location, I haven't ordered from here since the pandemic and will never order again.
I ordered cheese on all my items, there was no cheese in any of them. I ordered a box of chips with 2 dips, the box was half full of chips and there were no dips. I DIDN'T order green onions on one of my items, but they added green onions - a huge issue if I were allergic. There was no hot sauce added to the burritos - overall the order was horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were extremely slow to take the food order and to make the food. Their system kept shutting off and they had to restart it. Further they were not understaffed. They had 6 people working but some were just standing around. Efficiency can be improved. In terms of food, the steak burrito was not great. I think we received the wrong order. Very disappointed as I’ve tried other locations which are decent. Probably not coming back here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was working late last night, and l was craving a Burrito. Thank goodness that there was a location near me open late. When l walked in, l was greeted and served immediately. The staff was very professional and polite, made me feel like l was a regular. This location will be my go to, when in the area. There's lots of fast food around, but Burrito Boyz is Amazing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered off the BB app. When I compare my favorite Sweet Potato quesadilla w/ other locations, this one makes it the best!! It's just stuffed & nicely grilled. They have Happy Hour Sun-Weds, & they're open until 11pm 7 days / wk when nothing else is open in that area for inexpensive eats. Great Mississauga option for late night eats!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a steak burrito. The burrito for the majority of bites was mostly rice and other toppings. Feel as if the “steak” part of the burrito was SERIOUSLY lacking and will bring me to choose other take out options. Definitely disappointing as I’ve been going here for the last 5-6 years and as of recently the quality has been lacking. Going stingy on the “meat” of the burrito will not bring back customers. Please choose quality over quantity. Picture below to illustrate ?
